I'm currently 8 months pregnant and have been seeing Cheryl for reflexology sessions since I was about 12 weeks. She is absolutely fantastic, makes you feel so relaxed and at ease and she's so experienced and knowledgeable! She does sessions at her home or can come out to you, but I go to her home because she has the most serene and lovely setting with a designated room that's always the perfect temperature, lighting etc. I can't recommend Cheryl highly enough and I tell everyone I know about her, plus if you happen to be pregnant definitely go for it! You'll come out with a new lease of life

My first time experiencing reflexology & I found it to be a very positive experience. I didn’t really know what to expect to be honest, but I entered with an open mind & left feeling invigorated and totally relaxed. Cheryl was very thorough during our consultation listening to everything I mentioned regarding any aches, pains, & stresses. I had a course of reflexology with Cheryl over the summer and every session was like being taken away from the stresses of everyday life and being cocooned in bliss. The treatment feels incredible. I have been treated by the professional and experienced Cheryl Moody at Nurture Reflexology since I had my little baby boy in March 2022. I was feeling quite fragile at the beginning, but Cheryl helped me recover with the appropriate treatment and foot massage.
