Not the best surgery when you want to see the doctor the receptionist always ask what's wrong when you tell them they oh do you really need to see the doctor but that's not their job to refuse you from seeing a doctor when you are poorly and they can tell when your describing the symptoms you are having there is only one good lady on reception and a great doctor that's all I can say

Nursery lane is conveniently close to my house, why do I always get sent way out of the way, I get sent everywhere else, but Nursery Lane, confusing, missed a few appointments thinking yeah I booked at appointment at Nursery lane so thats where it’s going to be, Skye more like Lister Lane

Have been served at this health centre on a few occasions.

The nurses have been really bubbly and helpful, and I've not had any issue with front desk staff.

I'm not a regular here so can't speak in depth, but from my experience I have nothing to complain about at all. 🙂

Rang for appointment on 2nd January told a doctor would ring no appointments rang the 3rd January still no call from a doctor rang another three times to be told I would receive a call over 24 hours later still nothing absolutely disgusting now will have to go to the hospital to overload their care .

THIS MESSAGE IS DIRECTED AT NURSERY LANE SURGERY

I simply hate having to call these people... rude.. lacking in respect and patient confidentiality. I was refused an appointment because I wouldn't shout out my problem across a packed waiting room. I'm pretty ill and this surgery has literally made me worse and sent me over the edge...I HATE HAVING TO CALL THESE PEOPLE.... I'VE NOTICED THEY EITHER GET 5 STARS OR 1 STAR ... ARE THEY FUDGING REVIEWS OR ARE THE SIMPLY UNABLE TO BE HELPFUL AND CONCIDERATE TOWARDS PEOPLENOTHER THAN FRIENDS AND FAMILY I DON'T SEE ANY 2,3,4 RATINGS.. Shocking organisation.... simply shocking and disgraceful

I came here for my covid jabs and I think it a really nice medical centre as the staff are very polite and helpful I would recommend my family and friends to go to this medical centre

Had an appointment for an ultra sound at 1 and didn't get in till 1:55. Had to make other arrangements for childcare and work very inconvenient
