How can I give 100 star rating please😂 Nurseplus Cambridge has been so amazing so far that I tried other agencies and still had myself running back to Nurseplus. They do a very great team work, I commend everyone for their great job but I must thank Sarah (Manager), Kelly (Senior Recruitment Consultant) and Skylar (Recruitment Consultant) specially for their superb services, great listening skills, instant solutions, good communication skills. How they manage to let everyone have a cut of what they have without favouritism is awesome, training up to date, their staffs are as important as their clients as they wouldn’t tolerate you being treated wrong by any of their client.
It’s so sad to say goodbye as i move out of Cambridge but thank you Sarah for allowing me still stick around Nurseplus by transferring my application to my new location🫠 I hope I love my new manager effortlessly as much as I love you🫶

They get involved in the work from the get go. All of the staff in the office are really amazing too, Sarah, the manager is brilliant, supportive and will listen to any concerned, her team are amazing too- they work on stop to get cover as soon as we contact them. Nurse Plus Cambridge was one of the friendliest and most efficient care branches I’ve ever experienced. You can tell the organisation is outstanding just by the quality of the staff. They are exceptional, so approachable, knowledgeable and professional. The training package I received by Kylie was excellent, you can tell she is really passionate about care but still kept the day entertaining and light hearted. We covered so much and I left the training day feeling confident in my care giving and excited to start working for Nurse Plus. From the day I phoned about a job I was in for an interview the following day, all my documents, DBS, references, uniform and ID was all sorted and the day after I completed my training day. The turn around was exceptional, I hope I can continue to uphold the standards they have set when I start working there. ☺️

I worked with the Nurseplus Cambridge for a little under a year, and it was nothing but smooth experiences.

For example, early on in my time working with them, I was concerned that the home I was block-booked in for was deliberately giving me low hours. This was a big deal, because at the time due to covid restrictions, an agency worker could only work at one location at a time.

After I contacted them by email, they called me up, spoke with me about my concerns, got in touch with the manager of the home, and made sure that's things went well. From that point onwards I always got the amount of hours I needed.

They were never aggressive, and always kept a kind but professional attitude. I didn't tend to see their office too often as I usually contacted them remotely, but when I did the atmosphere felt nice.

Their training was pretty good given the circumstances (again, covid). The trainer knew all the answers to my questions, including all the different care acts that have come in over the years. They trained me as much as they could offer due to restrictions. They also stayed on top of new rules and regulations, and saw to that everyone had their vaccinations.

The only reason I stopped working with them was because I moved over to Norfolk. All in all, a great and smooth experience.

I have been registered with Nurseplus Cambridge Branch for 3 Months and have throughly enjoyed my time working with this agency. I was nearing the of my nursing degree when I joined to bridge the gap and gain some extra money to get me through moving into a new apartment and transitioning from student to professional.

The recruitment process was so quick I had a interview within one day, visiting the branch I was greeted by two very kind ladies Jemma and Sarah. They made me feel welcome and were very accommodating making the process a lot smoother.

I had my training scheduled within 5 days and it was one day with a lovely lady who was also very friendly and took the time to make sure everyone felt confident and understood the policies and procedure Nurseplus requires staff to follow and values they align themselves with. One of the things that was great working for this agency was the flexibility they provided so my work/life balance is spot on. The rates of pay are amazing and I feel supported.

I am leaving to become a RN in a nearby hospital but will be back to work with Nurseplus Cambridge in the very near future. I can’t thank Sarah, Jemma and Anna for there ongoing support and kindness. Nurseplus Cambridge has given me the chance to enjoy my job and learn new skills without the usual pressures that arise within substantive posts, and I can’t thank them enough

Kylie, Sarah and Jemma are absolutely lovely. Very friendly, professional and welcoming. The most fun I've had on a mandatory training day-Kylie was born to do that job! Response time to emails/calls and any queries was always very fast. Thanks. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Nurseplus for a year, and it has been nothing less than wonderful, from the managers and other colleagues to the never-ending work opportunities and people i’ve met and cared for along the way. it has been an experience i’ll never forget. From my time here i have been able to find somewhere i can see myself working for a long time and am ever grateful. from the very start the process from applying to getting into training and then the job itself was ever so quick which i found very useful, and i’m sure others have to.
