Visited for the first time today with some trepidation as no other practitioner has been able to clear my ears due to the position and size of my ear canal. Richard was not phased and patiently and expertly cleared my ears. Really friendly service too, I was put at ease from the first moment. Cannot recommend enough.

Quick to book an appointment, easy to find and parking available. Being scared as I had my ears syringed many years ago on the NHS and not a pleasant experience. Richard made me feel comfortable and the fear quickly turned to curiosity. My ears are bad and had to go back for a second go. Didn't charge me for the return visit or the sprays he gave me. Cannot think of a single complaint.

So far so good. After the shock of not being able to get an appointment with my GP and being told the waiting list for ear syringing is 9 months! My opinion of the medical profession has plummeted.

But they have risen since my visit to Richard. He was friendly and professional. He diagnosed an ear infection furnished me with a letter for my GP along with pictures (let's see how efficient the GP is - not in Richards control of course).

And of course you can see exactly what he is doing.

Having diagnosed the infection he said he couldn't complete the treatment until that had been tested and made a second appointment. The second appointment would not be an extra cost EXCELLENT!

Meant to update this after my second visit but forgot. Had my second treatment wax was cleared and not had any issues since. If I do have issues I'll be going back.

Richard truly went the extra mile when I brought my friend to her appointment . Rather than wax being the issue it was her long term ongoing sinusitis. Advice was given & strategies planned. Had appointment with Nurse Richard today. Can’t praise him enough! Absolutely BRILLIANT! I was suffering with hearing difficulties for quite some time. Nurse Richard explained procedure and I was able to follow it on screen! I was fasctto see the amount of wax in my ears being so carefully removed! I came out a different person- felt like I was walking on air my hearing so quickly and painlessly restore. Thankyou so much Richard. You really are The Wizard. Will certainly recommend you to anyone I know suffering in this way!
