Nuffield Hospital in Chandlers Ford is a very welcoming environment. The Staff, Nurses and the Surgeon were very professional and very nice. Always felt very comfortable. Thank you so much. I would always recommend your professional services.

I have recently had 2 procedures at the Wessex Nuffield Hospital and had exemplary care and service. I had Laser eye surgery with Mr Anderson and had the best care from him and the Nursing team, delighted with my 20/20 vision now.
I also suffered from painful and reduced movement in my shoulder; after seeing shoulder specialist Consultant Mr.Cole, Natalie the Physio and Dr Sampson for a steroid injection (I never felt a thing!) my shoulder is back to 100% range of movement and I'm pain free.
Very grateful to all the team at Wessex Nuffield Hospital for all their excellent and service.

I came in for wisdom tooth removal under anesthesia today. The staff were so so lovely and very calming, they all managed to make me laugh even when I was super nervous. A huge thanks to them all. Sister Christie was especially amazing! ❤️

Had a Lumbar X-Ray guided injection carried out at the Radiology department. I was looked after by warm and friendly staff. Everything was properly explained in detail and the team were very attentive and clearly cared not to put me in any more pain than needed. Cannot fault them, and I would highly reccommend using Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital for any procedures you may need. I hope your employers appreciate you all as much as I do this evening!

Had two appointments to see a consultant regarding a kidney stone, both cancelled the day before by the secretary saying the consultant was going on leave. Found out one of the doctors had been given a theatre spot, so would make more money, they weren't even on leave. They also have no availability for weeks, so you wait weeks in pain, only to be told it is cancelled. Go somewhere else and thank me for saving you time and pain. This place has a duty of care and should massively review their SLA's before taking on anymore patients.

As a patient here now having just had a full hip replacement 2 days ago which the surgeon was amazing.... the after care by the nursing staff and physios has a lit to be left to desire... so 2 days after my surgery I am in excruciating pain only managed to take a few steps I'm awaken and pretty much made to attempt to walk stairs when I've only manage a few shuffling step up until now..... then handed a sick note and told we will be sending you home today.... clearly I'm in bo fir state to be going home when I'm unable to weight bare and climb stairs as the swelling is still very bad....

The nursing staff had already decided they would be kicking me out as they didn't bother taking any food orders and had everything ready to send me home when as I said clearly not possible in the condition I'm in...

Is this due to me being an NHS patient being done here and not a paying private patient And they want the bed for someone they can make money from.... I feel this is the case and is absolutely disgusting...

The night nurses have been fantastic I must add but the day nurses need to learn some manners and have some urgency about them...

I'm sure if you're a paying patient the service would be amazing if you're here from the NHS then they want to push you in and out as quick as possible and don't give a toss if you're ready or not....

Disorganised, tried to book an appointment last week. Got a call from the hospital from a lovely young lady telling me my appointment had to be rescheduled due the receptionist booking me on the wrong date. I then had to wait until August to get an appointment with the same doctor I usually go to. The receptionist who spoke to me on the phone said he could get me another appointment closer to the date but with a different practitioner. I accepted as I work in health care myself and wasn’t able to take the appointments they were offering me (due to working) -like everyone works. I then get a multiple calls from the same number (over the past 2 days) whilst being at work (working 2 full time jobs) and obviously unable to answer. I then called the number and it was a seriously rude receptionist on the phone. Everything has been disorganised, I have dealt with 3 different people contacting me to change the dates. Overall, really unsatisfied with the service.
