I have to say that they were excellent. I went for an X-ray which I booked through Scan.com, and arrived an hour early as I had to travel quite far from work and set off early due to the flooding. When I arrived I apologized about being early but was seen early which I did not expect. Thank you for that and I think that was excellent as they did not have to see me until the arranged time and could have easily told me to go away and come back but didn't.

There are professional and friendly staff throughout the hospital. I've been on site as a visitor, outpatient and inpatient and had extremely good visits on each occasion. Sometimes a doctor may be running late with their appointments, but the receptionist staff do their best to keep people updated. The facilities onsite appear to be in good order.

Considering its private they are terrible. They make NHS look amazing.
To begin with, my Neurology consultant was nice.
First, after a consultation I got invoiced for £589 for a test I never had in January. I phoned their invoice line and man said we will get back to you dont worry. Nobody got back to me. I emailed the customer service and phoned 5 departments. Eventually had an email saying it will be corrected but not from the invoice team, no formal apology.
Contacted to book nerve test. Email came through addressed to a different name. When I asked to confirm if this was meant for me... PA emailed saying 'sorry, trying to multi-task but failed.' How unprofessional and lacking any concern for the error.
Reception staff - on 2 occasions are just rude. First time asked for address when I told her she said no not what we have as if I dont know, they had a wrong address somehow uploaded and she begrudgingly updated. Miserable lady with no manners 2nd time, just attitude and rudely told to sit down.. no please or thank you.
Dr was nice enough but no warmth or friendliness just in and out.
Car park was packed people parked all over. Allocated spaces to the left on arrival for 6 cars ish. A lady parked facing meaning it will be impossible to get out as where she was isnt a space. She then gets out and walks in staff entrance!
I will not return here once I conclude my remaining test and consultation. Terrible on every level

It's better than waiting in the general hospital waiting rooms and I've had minor surgery and tests here with a good service from Consultants. Appointments are usually late though and no one comes from reception to let you know of a delay or when you're likely to be seen, expected in NHS facilities but private hospital service should be better.

Rushed in for my appointment after being held outside due to a fire drill. Didn't register my vehicle on a very small screen in the entrance way and consequently got a £100 parking fine. Nothing had prompted me whilst parking and feel its something the receptionists could ask visitors when checking in. Not Happy

Wifi NH public is completely useless & needs sorting out, a scam to get you to give out your details! I asked the receptionist why it was so bad & she said it must be my network?! Coffee machine not working. Tbh for a private hospital it isn't very good!

I hate to say your wonderful team made an uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as could be. They endured all my “Dad jokes” which was my way of coping with the situation. Christine Chateri was the healthcare assistant that triaged me and she was so very kind and compassionate and I would really appreciate it. She has a big heart and I hope she starts to believe in herself, if you gave her the credit she deserves. Best wishes, Greg Weston

Outstanding! Thank you to Mr Henry Ferguson and his team. I recently had a procedure and can’t thank the team enough. They were amazing from start to finish. A special thank you to Charlotte Jones (Mr Ferguson’s receptionist) for being so reassuring and responsive on the phone and via email.

Mr Henry Ferguson was amazing from start to finish. From my first consultation, exploring all options and going over everything in fine detail. The day of the procedure, I was made aware of everything, the team were all so welcoming and reassuring. The aftercare was also excellent.

I can’t recommend Mr Henry Ferguson highly enough after seeing various consultants.
