8 months after a total hip replacement, I am still struggling to walk more than a mile, and in pain every day. Please be careful using this hospital or their surgeons, they don't care about your recovery, they only care about money, notching up as many ops as they can, and getting people out asap. Yes the rooms are lovely, but your'e not their for a holiday, you're their to get better. the surgeons will wash their hands of you once their job is done, as for physio, get yourself a private one, the recovery is just as important as the operation, in fact the op is the easy bit.

Took our 3 year old son here for an operation and it was an excellent experience. The staff were lovely, helpful, polite and explained things in a non jargon way. Got to meet the surgery team and they were all great. All the staff really care for their patients and were fantastic with my son. It’s very clean throughout with pleasant extras to help my son’s stay easier. Catering was brilliant too. Thanks all.

I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist and the good reception carried on throughout my stay . I was in the hospital for 3days and all the nurses and doctors were very efficient but still friendly. My surgeon was brilliant. Nothing but praise from start to leaving.

I've had 2 operations here this year, and the hospital itself was spotless. The hospitality was great, and the care from the anaesthetist, radiologists, and nurses has been absolutely brilliant, especially with the aftercare. Always available to see me and put me at ease when needed and always at the end of the phone. My surgeon Dr Wright has also been brilliant. I can not thank you enough for helping me through a difficult year. God bless you all for everything that you do.

A family member stay here recently, and it's a great hospital, with great staff and care.
But one complaint is their terrible lack of phone signal. There's no mobile data service, and the the hospital's wifi provided no service 99% of the time, for some reason.
This made it almost impossible for the patient to keep us updated, and let us know when they were being discharged and needed to be collected.
Is this normal for TW patients staying there, I wonder?
