I recently underwent shoulder surgery at Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital, and I can’t recommend this facility enough. From start to finish, the level of care I received was exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and compassionate, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process.

The surgical team was outstanding, ensuring I fully understood the procedure and addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. The nursing staff were warm and attentive, always checking on me to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Thank you to everyone at Nuffield Health Highgate for your exceptional care and dedication. Highly recommended!

Been discharged today after a laparoscopy surgery and I cannot say how thrilled I am with my experience.

The clinic it self is lovely, very clean and everyone is highly competent from the nurses till the receptionist team.

A special shout to Claudia, one of the senior nurses who made my evening yesterday so much better with her positive energy and attitude!!!!!

Great hospital, wonderful staff who really make you feel at ease. The consultant was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The food was good and all the staff went out of their way to look after me.

The nurse attending my room 205, was courteous and reassuring and very efficient. My experience in the theatre was amazingly painless and short, in the hands of the good Dr Almahdi’s team, and I felt so cared for and grateful to have been treated by all at Highgate hospital.

From the moment I entered the Highgate Hospital on View Road N6 I was welcomed and directed through to my room with the Nurse. All the staff were incredibly helpful and informative. Florence Mwaijande Ward sister looked after me during and after my procedure joyful happy and professional in her duty. It was a pleasure staying and being cared for by the staff and especially by Florence. A credit to Nuffield Health at Highgate Hospital. She even walked me to our car when my husband came to collect me .

Not worth your money / insurance money. I was referred for blood tests by my NHS GP, and decided to go here as I was covered by insurance and I thought I would get my results back quicker than through the NHS. The whole experience was a mess. Although I had booked an appointment, it didn't seem that they had any record of that when I got there - I just sat outside the phlebotomy room for a while before someone asked what I was there for. Afterwards, when I hadn't heard anything for a whole week (and despite them promising results within 2-5 working days) I tried to call and follow up on my test results. When they answered the phone (which most of the time they didn't) I was passed around from department to department and eventually hung up on. I called the lab to which they had sent my samples, and it turned out they had sent my results back to Nuffield within 2 days of my appointment! And yet it hadn't been uploaded to my file and noone could find any record of them. Absolute waste of time and money - wouldn't recommend.

EDIT: have emailed them following the response to this review, still no success.

Awful service! Late and impossible to contact. An MRI scan report supposed to take 2 days hasn't been sent after more than a week. Tried to call several times unsuccessfully, left a message and was never called back. would not recommend this place even if insurances suggest it.

I went for an ankle ligament reconstruction surgery 11th Nov 2024 at Nuffield Health hospital in Highgate and all the staff provided fantastic service, which cannot be faulted. I was nervous and somewhat scared before the operation, which the staff took into account and they relaxed me with their efforts and professionalism.

Special mentions must go to Ana-Maria, Charlotte and Jay. Then further to that, the nurse I had in recovery room - Jennifer - was lovely and made me feel at ease during a discombobulating time when I was coming around after general anaesthetic.

Finally, extra special mentions to Maddy the nurse who was so very supportive and attentive after my operation ensuring I was fully aware of what was happening and helped in every way I needed. Then last but not least, Mr Pinak Ray who conducted the operation and has made me feel at ease throughout whole process.

Highly recommend using this service.
