5 stars for the excellent Les Mills classes and friendly staff and environment. Even the cafe can now be relied upon to be open before class. So glad this gym is there. Yes room for investment but an amazing facility right now for those who find it convenient.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. However, the price Nuffield charge (£110 per month on rolling contract) for the quality of facilities is a joke. The driveway leading up to the building is full of huge potholes.

The building itself is so tired. There have been numerous leaks affecting running of classes and resulted in broken AC in the summer.

The gym equipment for the most part is very old (the treadmills have an iPod connection point from the mid 2000s). There are some newer pieces of equipment recently brought in, plus a new sled pull section, SkiErg, and a few other bits.

Nuffield - stop treating your paying members with contempt and invest in your facilities.

I've been attending this gym for several years because it's convenient for me to visit and only takes me 5 mins to drive there. But I'm generally unhappy with the equipment provided on the gym floor. I've been to multiple Nuffields and Chislehurst is the worst. Outdated weights and equipment and not enough space.

I visited yesterday as I was driving past (Bromley is my usual club). The building is so outdated. The brown stairs are like something from an 80s boarding school. The gym equipment was old too. I couldn't scan the treadmill to update my progress on my app.

Staff were nice and the gym was very quiet.

I Had a 3 day trial down here, big shoutout to Marley who was great to talk to for customers service really made us feel welcome at this club, also had a really lovely lady who welcomed us in the gym on Sunday at around 4 on the desk.
Only complaint is that, I thought the tone of the blonde lady with glasses who was working on Monday at about midday was rude, we didn’t know we couldn’t go on the tennis courts without signing in first so she kicked us off demanding for our ID’s which made us feel belittled and put both off us off joining as members

I joined the club a month ago and have already had a terrible experience, Nikki who’s the General Manager, shouted across the pool as me and a friend entered, to join the lanes, she shouted in such a unprofessional manner telling us to join from the other side (there’s no signs) and we didn’t interrupt anyone swimming at all. She didn’t tell anyone else this as they entered the pool which we found quite confusing. I kindly asked for her name and she smiled and said I’m the manager (seemed really proud) I’ve made a formal complaint as I don’t pay a monthly membership to be spoken rudely, or as if I’m in school or in trouble. Joe promised to take this complaint serious but closed this off without replying anything to do with my original complaint about her rude behaviour in speaking with us, and just replied saying “we’ve interviewed others who noted Nicola was professional” which is completely false as that was the reason for my complaint in the first place. Joe is now on annual leave for over 18 days and emailed me to say this has been closed off. This was obviously rushed and not taken seriously at all. Really poor management and customer service.

This place is so run down it's unreal, machines are all so old and battered, how can it be advertised as a premium health club? Yes it has a pool, steam room and sauna but it's not worth the fees they charge

Closes 30 minutes before advertised. Weights area has no air conditioning or ventilation. Staff will complain if you do off the floor bar movements because of noise below.

Of all the nuffields I’ve been to this is bar far not worth the money.
