I have been attending the Outpatients department after Spinal Surgery. The reception staff are very welcoming and the nurses are caring and professional. However one individual stands out, Sister Carol Lee.
My wound has taken time to heal and has required regular cleaning and re-dressing. Carol has been so understanding, explaining every procedure that she has been taking to aid the healing process to both myself and my husband, reassuring us and knowing exactly the best way to move forward. Carol has the skillset to provide the one to one patient care that is so vital following major surgery. She is an incredible asset to the Nuffield.

On the 27th September 2024 I was fortunate enough as a NHS patient to have a total right hip replacement under a renowned surgeon Mr Michael Moss and his team from the receptionists Sarah his secretary and all the wonderful staff on Pallant Ward I could not have been looked after better . I am now theee weeks post op and doing really well so looking forward to seeing Mr Moss on the 12th November 2024 to hopefully get the all clear being able to walk again properly not bent over the the hunchback of Notre Dame
So with very grateful thanks Mr Moss and all of you wonderful people xx

Went in on Friday for a right complete hip replacement. I was a NHS patient but was treated like a private patient. The staff were lovely friendly and helpful. Nothing was not too much trouble. Looked after me well. Mr Moss done a good job on my hip. Was treated like royalty. Thank you to all the staff that looked after me. Very much appreciated. Keep the good work up you do a fantastic job.

Excellent welcome by receptionist Tracey Chichester Nuffields then into the mri mobile scanner and two lovely guys who made me feel at ease as i am a nervous patient get claustrophobic , very good service could not have been happier with

Made my first visit to The Nuffield in February. The experience was very pleasant. Reception staff friendly. Seen on time by Dr Fraser and she was very informative and helpful, and although I know my condition very well she was able to fill in a few blanks in my knowledge and explained things really well. Her clinic letter she sent to my GP was very comprehensive and she had captured everything I was telling her. Back at the end of this month to see Professor Pring about possible surgical intervention.

Dont post reviews often, but had to this time. Small things that make the visit much nicer deserve recognition. Huge thanks to nurses Jasmin, Mimi and another one (blond hair) who took care of me and made me laugh to tears during my much dreaded blood test! You are the best and you all deserve a raise.

In Feb I had a partial knee replacement operation, from start to finish the treatment received was faultless. Knee is fantastic.
