Having just had spinal surgery there I cannot speak highly enough of them. Amazing surgeon in Mark Nowell and his team. Superb ward manager/sister Sophie and indeed everyone on the ward were absolutely wonderful, kind, caring and very efficient. I personally couldn’t have hoped for a better hospital to have my spinal surgery done.

I can just recommend this amazing hospital, which has got a full of best staff.
I had a hernia operation here. The staff is very nice, very helpful and made me feel very comfortable, the doctors and nurses are do everything to the patient safety, they do their work with the utmost expertise, precision and care, and the patient really comes first to them.
The only reason, why I am not write here anyone by name is that they ALL do their work with the maximal devotion to the patient.
I can just say a massive thank you to all the staff at the Nuffield Hospital the Chesterfield Bristol.

Yes I brought my husband who is wheelchair dependent to a appointment here at 6pm and parked using our blue badge and to our horror received a £100 fine, we were told we should have entered our registration number into a iPad somewhere in the reception area which when you are struggling with a wheelchair nothing was obvious so of course we didn’t, we also received two different amount bills for our consultation but told just to ignore one of them, one was for £220, the other £150 so which one should we ignore!!!!!!! I have called theee times and told the car park fine would be cancelled and I would get confirmation of this and still waiting !!! Not impressed at all!!

I'm disappointed with the private service at Bristol Hospital. ? Failings across the board, and my complaint has been in Stage 1 for over 6 months! ? The Director of Operations is ignoring my concerns. ?

I want the contact details for the CEO of Bristol Hospital. ? If I don't get a response soon, I may have to take legal action. ⚖️

I had a couple of physio here in 2023 for a foot injury. My physio was friendly and professional. There is a car park here for customers and there are a couple of spaces so all the times I visited I was able to find a space. The hospital was clean and all the staff were nice. If I need physio again I will likely come here.

They tried to charge me £1330 for a procedure costing £400 and sent repeated emails demanding payment. They can never seem to update my address correctly on their system so invoices are (possibly?) sent to my old address and I don't receive them. They happily send payment links via email, just not invoices. Impossible to contact when you reply to their accounts team via email. I will in future avoid using their services. And they also messed up booking my MRI scans together, so I had to return twice and claim over 2 insurance years, having to pay an excess twice.

Reply. Thanks for the response, I am awaiting a new invoice. Can it please be emailed as well as posted, as the last invoice never made it to me.
