Telephone line is a shambles for end users. 20 minutes hanging on phone pressed star for callback 3 hrs later no callback called again hanging on line again (so far 25 mins!!). May be local call but unpaid carers have better things to do with their time!! Not closed for lunch, or having coffee break. Lucky you i dont have the time.

Its now 3 months since my Husband passed, and even though they collected all their equipment a few days after, I've just had a call to ask about picking it up!! I am going through a bad time at the moment, and this call has just knocked me sideways. They really need to keep better records.
