Terrible service. Waiting on phone for an hour before anyone answered. I had booked for equipment to be removed but because I had the audacity to go to the toilet or the engineer only knocked on the door he said I wasn't in, not true I waited in all day I now have to wait another 2 weeks because they don't have room. I'm thinking of charging them for storage. I'm disgusted with their attitude no empathy for the bereaved.

Shockingly incompetent, infinitely unprofessional and persistently unresponsive. Multiple deliveries (three) of private and personal products done in full public display (no opaque packaging). Last delivery they left the parcels on my doorstep in full view of neighbors and passers by. They do not respond to emails of complaint.

I don’t do many reviews but this company is the worst I’ve experienced.
Given that they are meant to support disabled people I find the office staff highly untrained, rude. It was so much better when the NHS were in charge of all equipment. I’ve been dealing with them now since the changeover which has been at least 10 years and I’ve had nothing but issues..
Today I go to call them and they say call back during normal working hours which is, Unless for some reason they get special treatment and get longer.

I’ve been waiting at At least 2 to 3 months for a piece of equipment be replaced and repaired. Yeah this is still hasn’t been done.

This is a 5 star review for Nick, if i could give more
I would. He delivered a bed today and was very professional. He went above and beyond in what is a very stressful time for our family. He was unable to unstall the required side rails when he dropped the bed off, but returned at 6.30 pm to install them so it didnt hinder any chance of getting my dad home quickly so he could spend his last few days where her wants to be. Nick, exemplified what customer service means. If every service related business had employees
like Nick working for them the world would be a better place
