I had a fantastic experience with NPH Group during their recent flu jab clinic at our office! The whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Freddie who attended was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was quick and convenient. He set up a comfortable area in the office, and was knowledgeable and made the flu vaccination process as easy as possible. It’s great to see a company prioritising employee health in such a proactive way. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend their services to any organization looking to support the wellbeing of their workforce!

Been comimg here for years for my Bespoke medicals for offshore. Staff are very nice and fast, no messing round.

End of last year i had a little hiccup with my LFT and wires got crossed but nothing Mark Philpot the CEO couldnt fix. Really nice person to deal with and met me personally after my medical was re done. Couldnt fault him. I had Louise the nurse this time and she is absolutely spot on. Last i had Dr McCaldin, really nice doctor. Knows his stuff.

I was nervous about coming in for an appointment and was offered a cup of tea from Robin, who was very helpful. The nurse who I had the appointment with was called Emma and she was absolutely lovely. Can't recommend these two enough!

Not good, poor service, little empathy and totally led by the hand by the company or contract holder. We used to have a really good occupational health team at work but I think they were a bit too good so the company got rid for these. This NPH group is the kind of company that will do what they are told. I think if you are an employer they are great but if you have work related health issues they are the worse people you could speak to to or deal with as they are not on your side. I recently spoke to a doctor on the phone from this group and without even meeting me she has decided my injury is not related to the manual job I have done for 10 years even though she has no idea what my job was and how long I did it. Like I said they have one interest and that is to keep the contract so they will do or say whatever the employer wishes and it’s all nonsense anyway as they are not impartial not even one little bit.

Exceptional service from Robin. He helped me getting booked in over the phone for medical which was completed with no fuss by Andrew. The team is always courteous and helpful. I would recommend!

NPH Group customer service second to none. An order placed got misdirected but when I brought it to the attention of NPH they responded immediately and not only sent the item by return, (a Riixo Ice Ball), they also refunded the cost so received it free of charge! Would recommend NPH Group for both their retail and occupational health and wellbeing services.

At first I thought going to Newcastle Airport for my tests was going to be a hassle, how wrong was I, yes it in the airport grounds but it couldn’t be easier, great parking, you enter the building where they are so professional and efficient you are at complete ease. Your results are back no later than 24 hours, my test to release came back within 18 hours.

And I must thank Kate Oliver personally, as I completely messed my bookings up and she helped me no end to correct them.

An amazing clinic, which I would have no hesitation to recommend.
