I visited the practice earlier this week for a check up and clean. Not only was the surgery immaculate (allowing me to feel very comfortable and at ease) but Leda was absolutely brilliant. She spent a significant amount of time going through the consultation, showing genuine care and attention to detail. It goes without saying, that she is now my family dentist 🙂 and I have no hesitation in recommending her to everyone!

Where do I start. I have feared the dentist most of my life and have had some unpleasant experiences triggering trauma with me. After moving from one Dentist to another, it was only by chance or some would say fate, that I drove past Novo, and decided to go in. This was literally my last attempt as I was so done. I was greeted by the lovely Glei, Practice Manager, who saw how nervous I was. He asked me to take a seat and then I was introduced to Leda, Practice Dentist, who has now gained the name “The Dentist Whisperer” from me. She listened to my concerns and said that I need to feel comfortable in my surroundings otherwise I’ll keep running. After spending 20 minutes chatting, she suggested I go home, think about it, and that she and her Team are there for me if I so wished. Fast forward 4 months, after various treatments completed, and unusually for me, not one full sedation in sight, I can honestly say I have found a one of kind Dentist in Leda, and a practice that her and her Team deliver a very unique environment - I kid you not it is so relaxed it feels like you are walking into a Spa retreat! I actually attend now without a night of worry and anxiety before, and don’t need Hubby to escort me. The standard of results with my teeth and gums are beyond my expectations and I really look forward to continuing the visual improvements……would seem that Leda has 100% got into my mind and I fear not anymore. Highly recommended!

I visited Novo Dental Practice today and met Leda. What a wonderful dentist. I had a free Invisalign consultation. Leda was knowledgeable and inspired confidence in me. She is an honest dentist who had the time to answer all of my questions. The practice is modern and clean. A pleasant place to be!

From the second you walk into the surgery, you're greeted by the lovely Glei who always makes the extra effort to make sure you feel welcome! The surgery itself is immaculate and really well designed with up-to-date equipment and technology. I have had appointments with both Dr Leda & Dr Eni who are both super friendly & extremely knowledgeable and professional. Both spend time getting to know you and have informal conversations with you so that you don't feel like you're at another scary dentist appointment! Couldn't recommend Novo Dental more - best dental treatment I have had in years 🙂

I have had the pleasure of meeting with Dr Leda today. Maybe an odd thing to say about going to the dentist. However, Dr Leda made me feel so comfortable and calm. (I am very anxious about going to the dentist). I was made to feel very welcome. I was positively surprised at how lovely everything was from the decoration, technology used, knowledge of all staff and overall competence of all. I travelled for over an hour to attend this appointment after a strong recommendation from a friend. I will return next week for a full professional clean. Thanks again Dr Leda and the Novo team. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Leda and her amazing hygienist.
I recently faced a challenging dental issue with one of my teeth that had been causing me a great deal of discomfort and anxiety.

Dr. Leda took the time to thoroughly assess my situation, explaining every step of the process and addressing all of my concerns with genuine compassion.
Additionally, I must give a special shoutout to her hygienist, who performed a cleaning that was nothing short of amazing. I have experienced discomfort during dental cleanings in the past, but this time was different. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, making the entire experience pain-free. I left the office feeling refreshed and confident in my dental health.

I highly recommend Dr. Leda and her team to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and attentive dentist.

As other reviews have stated this dental service is amazing, and professional, warm and friendly. I'm someone who is so nervous having been through so many NHS dentists and not so good experiences. I decided to go private and wow what a difference and I could not have found a better dentist. My treatment plan was expertly put together, and every step was explained and my opinion was actually taken into consideration! I will definitely be returning to the Hygienist and then dentures in the future. Amazing service please do not hesitate to approach them.
