If I could give 0 stars I would. Having said that. Let me say The staff was great very nice and very apologetic because it took forever. They were extremely short staffed. People were waiting so long they were falling asleep in the lobby. And there equipment is so old and ancient. Even the computers. I had to fill out a questionnaire for a Mask fit test. It’s a long extensive questionnaire for OSHA. Anyway the computer they put me at to do it was so slow I actually timed it. From the time you clicked the mouse or pushed the enter key. It averaged 24 seconds to populate the next question. There is no way no matter how gathered staff is there is no way they can possibly keep up under these conditions. I don’t know about the rest of the Nova Medical centers. But whoever owns this location should be ashamed and if they are not going to put a little money back into the place. Sale it to someone who actually cares about and cares about the employees. And yes I would be glad to elaborate. I’m sure you can reach out to me through google if you would like more details. I understand it’s a cash cow because it’s mostly physicals and drug screens. But people have a choice. My employer I can pick and I will not be picking Nova Medical again.

My experience overall was outstanding. Was able to get in and out in a timely fashion. Staff friendly. Office was clean and orderly. I give Nova 5 stars.

They did a great job was very nice amd professional. The only thing is that they are severely understaffed. They are hiring but they really need help there were so many of us waiting 12 of us had no place to sit and the front desk lady needed help it was only her. She did the best she could.

They did a great job. The only issue I had was I got sticker shock when it comes to price. There are cheaper places to get a CDL medical certificate. 150 seems like a lot of money for a 10 minute exam.

Slowest place you can imagine. Get your paperwork all done even before hand and you will still wait 2 hrs to do a physical and another hour just to get your receipt. This place needs to speed up

The process was flawless but, I arrived at 11:38 and waited until 12:53 to enter the screening That’s not the problem.
What is: Several people came in and left in the time I was waiting.
I was there for drug test that should only taken a few minutes to do.
