In my opinion this surgery has improved immeasurably this year. Scripts always on time, reception staff seem friendlier and easier to engage with and as always the doctors are brilliant. Now obviously there's still issues with availability and oversubscription of services etc but credit where it's deserved for the effort put into improving services.

I am 63 years of age. I have paid taxes all my life believing I would have access to the NHS. I telephoned this Practice 51 times between 8 30 am and 8 51am. I repeatedly got an outgoing message to "CALL BACK LATER" until 8 51am when the message said all appointments were taken. This is not access to the NHS it is a lottery instead of health care. This approach does not promote the Mental Health of citizens! Wise up!

I've been with this Health Centre practically all my life and I'm now 65 yrs old. I've ongoing health issues and trying to get an appointment with the doctor is impossible. Phone at 8.30am, to be told there are no more appointments and call back tomorrow. To cue outside the health centre you need to be there from 7.30am and I couldn't stand for over an hour until the doors open at 8.30am. I had a really bad fall on 6th May and been trying to get to see a Doctor since then.

Doctors & nurses are exceptional when you eventually get to see or speak with them after many phonecalls. Very frustrating. Most of the receptionists especially those who have been employed there for many years, Natalie, Gillian, Robert, Laura, Tori, Ross, just to mention a few are lovely. Perhaps more phonelines & a few more hours for calls would make a big difference. Not particularly overjoyed with having to share what's confidential to me with receptionists prefer to get time with the GP's. Having spoken with a couple of the 'newer' doctors has been a positive experience as it is with the longer serving GP's. Overall thankful for the service even if difficult to get through. Well done 🙌

I was booked in for my smear with the lovely nurse Bernie and it was such a great experience, I know alot of young women are so apprehensive to go get their smears as it can be frightening but nurse Bernie was fantastic. The minute I ended her room she put me at ease and chatted away through everything I needed to know. Such a positive appointment. Can't thank bernie enough for her kind words and lovely nature.
