A sorry state of affairs at this home. There’s no evidence of any encouragement to par take in activities (there were no activities), bedroom freezing cold, mattress was ancient and the duvet was sparse and thin. I felt incredibly sorry for the people homed there as I saw few visitors and I saw a total lack of any stimulation or interaction. Just everyone sat around the outside of the main room with the radio on.

An exceptionally homely residence with a remarkable team of staff who always go the extra mile to provide a caring, happy environment for everyone who uses their services. Great rooms, lovely gardens and fabulous home cooked food. High standards of cleanliness and well maintained facilities with a professional management team. I feel a huge sense of relief in having found somewhere where my dad can be safe and happy and where I always feel welcome.
