One of the best GPs I have visited several times. They have helped me a lot, and the staff are very professional and polite, especially Dr. Hiba Ragheb, who is an excellent and very respectful doctor. She is also very compassionate toward those who visit her and provides great assistance. If you need to go to the hospital, she tells you what to do and what to say. I wish her continued success, and I am very grateful to all of them.

The reception at this doctors are a nightmare. Arrived for an appointment bang on time, couldn't log in via the screen on the wall, then had to wait for one of the receptionist to get off of the phone, and the other dealing with someone about a repeat prescription. Other people in the queue before us! Took us 10 mins to get to speak to receptionist only to be told we are late and can't see the doctor, HOLD ON, THEY CAUSED US BEING LATE!!! Was an important appointment aswell.

Receptionist can't hear you either because of their glass screen, so you have to speak so loud for them to hear you, so all the other patients in the waiting room can hear your personal data and business, not good!

What can be said about this gp other than complete and utter failure of a medical institution.

some doctors in this medical center , are absolutely excellent and go above and beyond a typical robotic nhs doctor , where they actually express care and keen interest in your wellbeing.

However, the receptionists are absolutely good for nothing. Largely incompetent, lacking in manners and decorum, unhelpful and inefficient in general. This can be largely explained by the fact that many if the receptionist staff are highly arrogant and lack skills such as IT literacy and basic customer service skills and problem solving. Many of them have their mindsets stuck in the 1920s and have implicit racism built into them. Do not expect them to be helpful. Moreover, expect them to cut the line on you at any given moment whenever you are in the queue. Expect the receptionist staff to be rude and unhelpful.

My self and my family members have been with this GP for over 17 years , im sure many others can share the same feelings.

Receptionist are doing amazing job and are empathetic, friendly to help. Gps are equally cooperative. You always get heard and treated well at the NHMC. Keep up the good work. I hope it continues to deliver best patient care.

What an amazing service by Receptionist today. It was an emergency appointment for my daughter and they made it possible to book rather than I had to sit in A&E and wait too long.
I really appreciate for the help provided by you guys even though surgery was busy . Thank you 🙏

Very awful gp, have been a patient here for years but hardly ever go as I know how much of a shambles this place is. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment which I had waited over 1 week for and they cancelled it with no signs or message that they are only waiting 5 minutes for people. No apologies for having to cancel and wouldn’t even take anything in to consideration such as the main road being closed. They were then able to offer me a cancellation 40 minutes later, so I agreed, which I then didn’t get seen until about 1 hour later, which is funny how they can see people late but we can’t be.. It’s was a very hot day, no air con, no water and definitely not enough seats for people to sit on in the waiting room and as for the receptionist, I am lost for words, addressing me as “the woman with the glasses” after asking to speak with the manager as if I hadn’t just told her all my information to book me in. All of that faf to them only have a 5 minuet appointment with the GP and her tell me I don’t have anything wrong. Absolutely rude people, joke of a system, no wonder why people pay for private heath care now a days… I feel sorry for anyone who goes to this gp and needs major help because you won’t get it here.

The team here are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I’m always calling up & I’ve never had a bad experience. Naturally sometimes the call lines are busy but that is to be expected. In person just as good!

It is the biggest waste of time trying to call this practice. most often than not, the call will not even connect. it will disconnect as soon as you dial, saying "line busy". when you manage to get through, you are likely to be held in a queue for at least 30 mns. when you manage to get through a receptionist, they will pretend not to hear you and hang up on you. When you dial back straight away, you get the "line busy" message. I called a friend just to make sure I could be heard and was told there was absolutely no problem with my phone.
The practice never have emergency appointments. they are forever asking you to "call back at 8am tomorrow". Well, I follow their advice : 1h30 and I still cannot talk to anyone. I wish I could give 0star for this review
