My Mum originally came to Northlea for residential care.
She settled really well & was very happy as we as a family were too. As you walk in you are welcomed & you see the same staff each time. Latterly she required end of life care. The whole team went above & beyond keeping Mum comfortable with great care, dignity & love but also making sure we were OK too. I wouldn't have wanted her to end her days anywhere else they
take caring to a whole new level

A lot of good care homes withing our area, however, none I have visited will ever come close to this lovely place. My Dad was moved here at the later part of his life, and needed nursing care, due to Dementia. The whole team from Sandra the manager, to the careers and nurses are a huge comfort and a true blessing. The care my Dad got, and the dignity shown was just unbelievable. They do go the extra mile, and the whole atmosphere is lovely as soon as you walk in.
I will never forget the love and care shown to my 92 year old Dad.

All the service providers are very cheerful and takes goes the extra mile to provide extraordinary care of the elderly. Everything is well organised and all the members have empathy and respect for all the residents.

atrocious care home, staff have no respect or morals when talking about residents.. no regards for safe guarding and many many health and safety issues

Following a great experience at one of the care homes in the group we moved mum to Northlea Court in her time of need and have not been disappointed, mum is getting great care and we have have a smiling face from all of the staff on arrival and an update on how mum is doing both positive and negative which is very important to us. Keep up the good work thanks from all the family!!
