I must admit I haven’t had to use the surgery much so far, but when I had, the receptionists were really kind and nice and the doctors and nurses were very professional and helpful as well. In regards to appointments, I haven’t had any trouble, they try their best to give you one. I think they do a great job.

I joined the practice last year, very satisfied with way the surgery is run. Cater for all eventualities and very friendly staff. Always ensure you see the right medical professionals and in a timely manner

5 stars to the GP who are some of the nicest and most competent doctors I have ever consulted. 0 stars to the receptionist staff. They are exactly the opposite: rude and incompetent. They are border-line idiotic. It comes to the point where you have to speak very slowly and spell everything out for them to understand you.
Once I came down to the GP office with a note to book blood test at the reception. What should have been easy turned into a Fawlty Tower episode. Even when handing them the note from the GP they did not understand what I wanted. They kept telling me that if I wanted to book an appointment with the GP or the nurse I had to call in, but I couldn't do it here and now because you have to call at 8:30 in the morning and wait 1 hour for them to respond. They are absolutely useless, and it's not just the odd one out. We've dealt with several receptionists and it's always very complicated.

I keep wondering if the receptionists books appointment's with GHOSTS,on three occasions myself (twice) and my wife (once) called the moment the clock ticked over to 8:30, waited for literally about 15-20mins (that's 8:45) only to be told there are no appointments left,and we were told to try A&E instead,how the heck did they booked all the patients withing 30mins?...it was disheartening,it seems to me they (they receptionists) don't want to have a busy day,they did prefer having one or two patients in a day,the doctors are excellent and they're all there to help or do there jobs.

The reception team really need to be talked to.

Firstly this used to be a fantastic surgery.
No such fantastic service today. Need to visit the GP for medication that has not been prescribed previously.
Ring at 08:30am and over 30th in the queue, 1hr 30 mins waiting time later to be told no appointments. And there are no pre-bookable appointments and just to go to A&E. I explained to the rude receptionist (that admits there are pre-bookable appointments but apparently none are available?!) that I didn't need urgent assistance. She just ended the phone call. Slow clap.

The receptionist are always friendly, kind and helpful. Usually I can always get a same day appointment. This is a great GP surgery.

All the Doctors and receptionist are very kind and nice , especially Claire one of the nurse who always does my blood test very polite and gentle with the needle, all the staff do a brilliant job

Doctors here are very helpful in trying to get the best help for my condition (albeit they are very busy with many patients to attend to!). Unfortunately I had a lot of problems with their reception team in passing messages to the doctors there when I tried to get referral letters completed with my private insurance, but I think this is an area that can be improved to ensure the clinic is operationally efficient.
