Put you on meds for a few weeks and then decide your fixed and kick you out knowing you have no where to live! My brother was in this hospital and they placed him in a hotel for a week then he had no where to go after that! He can’t stay with me because I’m in supported accommodation myself so I’m not allowed to let him! They literally left him homeless! Disgusting behaviour from this place, complete failure and needs closing down

Fantastic service.. if you attempt suicide they'll cart you off here where you won't be able to re-attempt suicide, don't panic though, they'll only hold you here for a couple hours before kicking you out, they also won't bother to let your next of kin know that you've been released despite reconfirming contact details with your loved ones multiple times so you're free to attempt suicide again at a time of your choosing and your loved ones will be none the wiser! Absolutely appalling service, the UK healthcare service is an absolute joke!

Awful service. I have seen 2 different mental health 'professionals' here and , after both appointments, I was left feeling more depressed than before. I'm beyond disappointed that services like these are still performing at such a low level when they have so many lives in their hands. I have no trust in them whatsoever, and the second 'professional' I saw didn't even know why I was there as she hadn't read my notes beforehand, even though I had been confirmed an appointment for months. Unreal inadequacy. Will need therapy to recover from the trust I have lost in mental health services after using this service.

Had a very negative experience with a camhs therapist at Silverwood. When I tried to explain that I feel my Son needs further support for issues not addressed, she was extremely patronising. Will probably need therapy to get over that therapy! She showed no care, empathy or compassion whatsoever!

The resource centre sucks!!! I’ve had 5 different doctors In 6 years. They don’t care at all!! I was told that the medication that has kept me going for 7 years all they tell me is that nope no more even though it helps me. I’m bipolar and I left today feeling like I wanted to walk into oncoming traffic because I need help I a huge way and instead they let you leave feeling like death would be better. Seriously is there any other way to deal with this without feeling alone.

Ppl expect to much, with mental health workers, I think I had a good session, depends wat u want from theses services, if u don't engage,... how do u expect them to help you?

Absolute insult...mental health are less then useless, i have tried to commit suicide so many times that they refuse to see me despite being a suicide risk to myself and to others around me, it is no wonder that people who need there help actually commit suicide due to there staff stating that you dont fit there criteria and fail to explain what there criteria is.

I am so glad that i am taking them to court over there neglect of care.

I WOULDNT GIVE 1 IF THERE WAS A -0000 THERE. THE PHSYCIATRISTS ARE ONLY THERE TO GET RID OF PATIENTS. THEY ONLY GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR WAGE PACKETS AND STAR RATINGS. THIS HOSPITAL IS A JOKE. I'VE PUT 2 OTHER REVIIEWS ON HERE THAT HAVE CONVIENIENTLY TAKEN OFF HERE. THIS HOSPITAL MENTAL HEALTH TEAM ARE A JOKE!! 😐😠
