Honestly could not recommend Northfields Medical centre more. Our little boy is quite prone to Croup, and on the 3 occasions we have needed urgent medical advice, each time we have been able to leave a message with the duty doctor and they have seen us the same day. Today, we contacted them at 5.40 p.m. and the receptionist was super helpful, left an urgent message for us as we were still seen, even though they close at 6p.m. and we are so grateful to be able to avoid 111/ A&E. We have also experienced great service when calling at either 8 or 11 for an appointment for our little one, they always manage to fit us in. The receptionists and medical staff are always very friendly. Excellent service received, especially in stressful situations when our little boy is unwell, and we're super grateful. Thank you so much!

Terrible Sirvice from the receptionist contacted regarding my son‘s blood test result as gp tried to call me twice. She just told we sit and wait. They can call you back. She had no idea what she was talking about. She don’t understand Parents could be worried I requested can you link my son‘s account to NHS App? She said no you have to do it. I say it said you need to contact the GP surgery she said no there is nothing I can do terrible terrible service from receptionist.i called it today 15:07

I can't think of any negative points about this doctors surgery always helpful appointment available .the Doctors I have seen spend time with you never felt rushed great service .it's sad how many appointment are wasted by people not letting the surgery know it easy to ring and cancel if you don't need to keep your appointment

I have had to visit Northfield Medical Centre several times over the past few weeks and wish to share some positive feedback. All of the doctors I have seen have been very efficient & supported me with care and compassion. They have enabled me to get a diagnosis quickly and given me information and advice to help me.

Over 40 years plus of using this surgery I have never had need to make any critical observation.
My last visit relating to oedema was dealt with by Doctor Kuchadia and a trainee Doctor.
As a result of a tablet change and a contribution by self of losing weight I have noticed a positive and rapid improvement and wish that my response be passed on to those concerned. Being ex R.N. Doctor Jones and his staff run a tight ship.

The receptionist staff at this facility are often impolite and in need of training on how to communicate with patients. It can be difficult to even get through to them, and when you do, there are often no available appointments. While the partners of the surgery are great doctors, others seem unhelpful. One "doctor" seemed as though they were googling my symptoms and had to have multiple appointments before addressing any health concerns.

Although the GPs and clinical staff do exceptional work, their efforts are unfortunately overshadowed by the inadequate management of the practice. In recent times there has been a noticeable decline in the level of care exhibited by some of the other members of staff.
