I would recommend Adele at NCPS to anyone requiring therapeutic support in a heartbeat. Adele has provided support for three members of my family. She is clearly passionate about her role and able to adjust and adapt her support depending on the age, needs and processing requirements of the individual in her care. Dr Adele Parker and her incredible team, specifically Samantha Stables, have helped to change my life. They have given me the strength to start to heal from my complex trauma through a variety of different therapeutic techniques. After many years of poor experiences with counsellors, psychiatrists and other therapists, I really had lost all hope and confidence in the mental health profession and I had accepted that my struggles would be present forever and I had to just manage them, trying to survive, every day painful.
However, I was wrong, I just had not found a team that truly understood complex child and adult trauma or professionals skilled enough to help me to process the past and begin to heal.
