This isn’t my usual GP, I went to get toe nail surgery at this GP. The doctors and nurse were so lovely! They made me feel at ease and supported me through the whole process and was very informative about the process and aftercare. Receptionist was great quickly getting me seen and booking my appointment for me! Couldn’t have had a better experience here!

Wanted to see a lady Doctor
l saw Dr Williams she is the most outstanding amazing Doctor l think l have ever met in all my life .
She is so caring so understanding so professional so patient .
Dr Williams explained everything to me so that l understood.
Then asked if l had any questions queries or concerns .
I came out of my appointment feeling a whole lot better than before l went in .
I would just like to say a massive thank you to Dr Williams.
I do hope you stay here for ever.
I wish their were more Doctors like
Dr Williams in this world

My little sister had her smear test cancelled and have told her they won’t rearrange on the days she can do due work commitments. they then sent her appointments that are not in line with their opening hours…please make that make sense. She has a multitude of problems relating to her needing one. The standard for women’s health is abysmal. They have learnt nothing from Jade Goody’s cancer. Do not join this doctors if you are woman.

I’ve been at northenden group practice all my 30 years, my parents have been at northenden group practice for 60+ years , my grandparents on both sides was at northenden group practice and If I could leave 0 stars I would due to reception. I very rarely have to go to the doctors but from 2023 when my 6 year old daughter became very ill and was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes I’ve had to deal with mistake after mistake in every prescription. The slack attitude from the staff in reception makes caring for my child with a chronic illness 10x harder and I can not imagine how they talk and treat elderly patients if they are so careless and unprofessional with me regarding my 8 year old. The same issues are tedious and frustrating. Please get some training on professional people skills and simply knowing how to do your job so this doesn’t happen all throughout my child’s life.

My mum was spoken to by a lady who went above and beyond to get my mum sorted. Megan is definable a massive asset to the practice. Made my mums day. She was treated with respect and manners not rushed and listened too. A great combination for a Doctors receptionist. Thank you Megan.

My family have used this doctor's for over 50 years and I have absolutely nothing good to say about it now. You are expected to sit in a queue to see a doctor which 9 out of 10 times you get told there are no appointments.This is also difficult to do when you have a job. I tried to book one on line but couldn't and was told it wasn't working. I feel they just don't care and they cause patients more stress which makes them feel more ill. Disgraceful!!!!!!

I have been booked in for my nail surgery at the Podiatrist in this practice and got it done in quite efficient and professional manner by Jo & Jackie who have been amazing, informative, patient and thorough with the whole procedure. They allowed extra time for the local anaesthetic to work and reassured me which made me feel appreciated and at ease. I can’t thank Jo & Jackie enough for their professionalism. Spot on !! ⭐️

Not even deserve a star. The admin staff are quite rude. Whenever we call asking for help, they say I am not allowed to do it over the phone. Of course, we all know that. Can they just say how they handle different requests then? All of us will not be knowing everything in the world. That's why we call to ask. Rudeness at its peak.
