Put money in to pay for parking and nothing happened ended having pay by card 😒 rip off

Worst experience. They don’t respect appointment time and let people in randomly, I have just been waiting for two hours and in the meantime they let everyone else who showed up after me. Whats the point of booking appointment then. I understand that they are short of staff but at least they should let people who had their appointment booked first.

Staff were lovely in the pre op assessment unit. The building it's self was fit for purpose but perhaps needed a revamp

Clean, found it was well signposted. Vending machine for coffee out of order, but cold drinks machine and crisps, chocolate bars machine working.

Reading some reviews, where they conplain about the excess wait time? So what? It's free. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out yesterday, appointment was at 12 30. They were short staffed, I'm happy to wait, I didn't get on the table till about 14:30, it's saved me paying near on £1800 at my private dentist. Not only that, what on earth could I be in a hurry for? It's not like you're going to be running a marathon once you've had extraction/s or going back to work straignt after..

Staff wete friendly and weren't stuck up like some other units.
