Yet again this surgery have been brilliant. Annual blood tests this morning to be honest they do not really bother me. Another routine test this afternoon which I do have a fear of I was made to feel at ease. Plus the receptionists were brilliant. Thank you to Donna the health care assistants and the receptionists.

Dr Tim is the best Dr. he's always so patient and professional and super attentive. He takes the time to listen and provide thoughtful care. highly recommend this GP!! Always the receptionist are very helpful too!

Had to leave this doctors practice after 40 years of excellent service we came to the surgery begging to see a doctor my husband was so ill I had to prop him up against the wall in reception all we got was 3clock or. 3 30 that's all keep saying new reception lady so we went home my husband collapsed later that day thank god our daughter was there emergency operation later twisted bowel and bad hernia operation a success thanks to fantastic staff at hospital Don't Trust the receptionist ask to see doctor

Who ever,carried out the last report on this surgery is a liar come and talk to the patients not the staff I was a registered Nurse for thirty years the Doctors are diabolical and office staff read reports that come back from the hospital and decide who needs to be see the staff never answer the phone this surgery is not fit flt for purposes there is one excellent Doctor there Doctor Pauline Miller that's the only time I feel safe you show my report freely I have told my Mp we are not getting the care we our entitled to I will not waisting the Royals time any ,more do you think it's right the blood is taken one day it is back in the surgery the next day and a receptionist tells me I have to wait to speak to a doctor till A ugust this time I will. Make sure its brought to attention of the Prime Minister before he loses to many of his voters you can not vote if you are dead

So, the doctors are really nice, and most often provide the help needed when an appointment is had. The problem, is with the receptionists, and the appointment system.... Anytime you have a growing concern about a change in your body, the Internet, and NHS online refer you to book a GP appointment to quench your concerns, however... you ring the practice, ask for an appointment, they ask if it's an emergency, you say "not really", they say there can't give you an appointment.. if you do say its an emergency, they reply: "sorry, ring back tomorrow morning". This system is a joke. If you wanted to be an ER, you'd be a registered hospital, not a GP. And don't get me started in the receptionists, I understand the need to filter important and non important appointments, but when you say its an emergency that you need help with and the receptionist starts asking you personal questions with no care for PERSONAL information, is insulting. You don't need to know that my private problem is an emergency, if it wasn't an emergency, i wouldnt say it was. I want to talk to my doctor, not an unqualified receptionist. Many a time I've walked into the office to see a doctor, and I've overheard the receptionist talking out loud to people on the phone with no regard to their medical privacy... overall, I love the work you're doing. I just think the bureaucracy is in shambles.

I’ve genuinely only had good experiences at this service. Everyone from receptionist to the nurses, doctors and GPS have always been friendly, approachable and responsive. During first lock down my newborn had tummy issues- health visitor and 111 struggled to help and I was sent round in circles. One call the the GP and I was in in half an hour having my daughter assessed.
They’ve been just as responsive and reassuring with mine and my husbands needs.

I’ve not had any issues with this practice. The Dr always takes time to put me at ease, rather than rushing me out of the door and always explains things in a way that I’m able to process and understand. Appointment availability varies, as with everywhere, but generally when needed I have been able to make appointments.
