Excellent MRI unit
The best experience I have had. I have anxiety when it comes to the annual MRI appointment! The team here are kind, professional and make the patients feel at ease. They made my experience so easy removing the anxiety explaining everything with a smile. They also picked some good tunes for me to listen to when I was in the machine!!
If you get anxiety or have a fear of MRI's I highly recommend this clinic for you.
All the staff I met from the lovely receptionist, to the radiographers who looked after me were brilliant. Thank you to the team at Ealing MRI Hub 👏👏👏

Absolutely friendly staff who go out of their way to assist in any situation. The lady at the reception desk was exceptionally helpful – not only did she offer the nearest available slot that suited me, but she also provided detailed directions on how to find their location. The waiting area is spacious, accommodating companions comfortably. The changing rooms are clean and comfortable. The MRI specialists thoroughly explain everything and instill confidence and trust.

My wife needed a brain scan so we came to the MRI unit in Ealing. Others have mentioned her, but the the receptionist was exceptional. Patient, articulate, efficient and friendly. What a star! Meanwhile all the other staff were equally amenable and my wife was in and out in record time. Overall this was an excellent experience. Nice to see bits of the NHS are working so well.

Had a brain/neck MRI scan today and as soon as i got there everyone was very friendly and lovely. I wasn’t very nervous until I entered the scan and got a bit scared but they were all so lovely and understanding and put some music on while you’re in there.

No bad words to say, all very warm and nice and great at their jobs!

Wishing them all a massive paycheck as it’s what they deserve 🙂

All staff we lovely, very welcoming and informative. In particular was a young lady on reception who went above and beyond for one particular patient, nothing seemed too much trouble for her! This was in the pm of 19/12/22, so if this was you, very well done! I don't often leave reviews but I felt this lady needed complimenting (:

Superb! Radiographer Matteo and Receptionist Zara was beyond helping. Was a bit late for appt but Zara sorted out. Matteo helped me so much during the procedure as I was unwell. Afterwards they both took me by wheelchair to car park as I am only able to walk very short distances and the distance from Hub to car park is a long way. Cannot thank them enough.

We visited the centre this week and because of the death of the queen we allowed a lot of extra time to get to the centre. We arrived very early and were told if we waited they would try and fit us in earlier. I bought back a drink and before we knew it my husband was called in. The staff were all amazing from the receptionist to the technician. Please thank them all, they all went above and beyond what was expected of them. Thanks you so much.

I think the treatment I got was excellent. I wish other units of the NHS have the same work ethics. The appointment and reminder were handled particularly well. May the service flourish long
