I have been phoning this place nearly every day since January 3 2023 I need to get a hearing test for my wife. I even called into the reception only to be told to call the same number that I have been phoning. The lady said that they will answer eventually. I cannot even get to see the person who visits the local medical center as you have to call this number. I have to give one star to get posted.

Very poor service provider with Complete Manipulation from call centre Audiology Department. They seem to think it ok to be rude , aggressive to many who need a appointment… Unhelpful and lack off empathy..
