I recently visited the North London Health Centre and was truly impressed by the level of care and attention I received. The staff is exceptionally caring , going above and beyond to ensure each patient feels valued and heard.

Over the past few years, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in their services and facilities. They have invested in better equipment and training for their staff, resulting in a more efficient and personlised experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a comforting place for patients.

Overall, I highly recommend this health centre for anyone seeking compassionate care that has clearly evolved positively over time!

I have known the clinic for over 30 year’s, The North London Health Centre is one of the best and the level of care and attention I get is excellent The staff is exceptionally caring, going above and beyond to ensure each patient feels valued and heard. The Doctors are amazing and always follow up as does the Amazing Cathy, the practice manager.

As someone who works in the NHS, I would say the service is excellent
I would just say more training for some new staff they need to learn listen, listen and again listen to patients on the phone and do not judge or assume anything only the facts !!

I’d like to express my appreciation for Cathy and the excellent service she provides. She’s always cheerful, approachable, and genuinely happy to help, whether over the phone or in person. In a time when GP clinics often have a poor reputation, this clinic stands out thanks to Cathy’s professionalism and positive attitude.

While it can take a little patience to get through on the phone, once you do, you’re greeted with Cathy’s warm, can-do approach, which is so appreciated—especially when you’re stressed about a sick child. In person, her leadership within the administrative team is evident, and her supportive approach carries through to the rest of the staff.

I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t know everyone’s names, but they always seem to remember their patients, which is such a thoughtful touch. Cathy and the team make what could be a stressful experience much easier. Thank you for all that you do!

This doctor’s surgery has completely transformed from how it was a few years ago. The new receptionists are much more caring, efficient, and attentive, making each visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for their compassionate and comprehensive care!

It was a great experience seeing Dr NG . He is a wonderful Dr and also great receptionist Millie & bhavek. Millie is always welcome you with her beautiful smile. I wished we had more people like them kind, caring and respectfull.

I have never had such a thorough diabetic review! The new healthcare assistant Millie explained everything in a way I could understand, and made me really confident I can take control of my own health. This surgery has really turned around in the last few months, (especially on reception), and definitely for the better! Well done everyone!
