A web of misinformation on the internet and clinics means that no one is able to identify who is responsible for what service. Bounced between GP, two hospitals and two PALs: a disgraceful situation made possible by outsourcing and greed.

After a not so great CQC report this trust has changed remarkably. Open and honest management, wide ranging staff support and forums.
Expanding as they provide good services, winning contracts from others and they continue to grow in size and expertise.

I had a fall in my flat I'm Sunday requiring assistance from paramedics.Imy doctor contacted me and referred me to the zRapid Response and Samuna came to see me.I was extremely appreciative of the help I received and was astounded at the reach ofvthecRRT.zzTodsy I had a visit from the RR T mental health team and physiotherapist. Stamina uncovered underlying needs that I had and the service I received was amazing. The main thi.g was I can care for myself at home with mo need to be admitted to that awful hospital at Whipps Cross..My self Ci firenze is coming back and I have been referred to other services so all in all my experience with the RRT from NELFT has been amazing and wonderful.

I called the health roster project manager and spoke to his PA. She was very helpful and well informed, unfortunately not regarding the health roster itself, although we had a lovely chat about Shania Twain and the Great Britain's Bake Of. It was clear she was able to talk and type AT THE SAME TIME. I can only assume she was using some sort of free hands device.

Unfortunately when I called I was in a very bad place and upset and just wanted someone to talk to and the staff that picked up the phone were very rude to me and one of them couldn't be bothered to talk to me so he passed me over to some one else and I don't know maybe they had a bad day but definitely shouldn't be working here and telling people why are they calling here? Becausee the guy that transfered me to the other staff didnt even warn her and its like the people that work there seem like they dont want to be there!Like the staff needs to be checked out properly and CHANGED as I think it's not suitable for the patients that are calling for help WHEN THEY ARE NOT FEELING emotionally well and then they have rude staff that don't want to help!
