Cannot thank Mike enough for sorting my lower back problems and bone on bone knee osteoarthritis. Three years of low back pain which made walking difficult, bending and stooping impossible and made me reliant on painkillers to function. I was honestly amazed to wake up the morning following my fifth appointment with Mike to find I was pain free, everything felt easier and I was standing straighter than I had for the past three years. I hadn’t realised that I wasn’t standing upright until that morning when I could visibly see a difference. This has been the case for the past 4 weeks when I have seen my quality of life improve more than I ever thought possible, my medication has drastically reduced and my general health has improved beyond belief.
As for my knee, Mike explained he could never improve bone on bone issues but I have to say my knee pain is less, the swelling has gone and I now have full movement back in the joint.
From first meeting Mike I felt comfortable in his presence and was impressed with his friendly down to earth whilst remaining professional manner. He took the time to explain what he wanted to achieve with my joints and how often I would need appts. I can only thank Mike for achieving more than I ever thought possible and for improving my quality of life so much. His treatments are certainly value for money, a very kind and caring man. Went to see Mike after having a fall from a step ladder, which lead to an incredibly stiff neck and shoulder. After having some treatment with Mike over the course of a few weeks I now have full mobility and will continue to see him for general health and mobility, fantastic value for money.

I had so much pain in my leg I could hardly walk when I contacted N.D.C they managed to see me the same day and was diagnosed with a bulging disc in my spine, after that first appointment I already felt some relief and after a few more weekly visits I was back to my normal self. I went to Mike after suffering 10 months of severe low back pain and a weak leg. At the first session, using various equipment, he was confident he could treat me. He performed an adjustment at that session and saw me again the same week to repeat. I then booked weekly for the same procedure and after just 5 visits I had massively improved. The pain had gone from a 9 to a 4. Now, after a few more sessions I am delighted that my full mobility is back and absolutely zero pain or weakness.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mike, a lovely guy who takes an interest in you as a person, not just a client. I am now down to monthly visits with a view to appointments becoming even further apart shortly.
