Having switched here from my previous local GP (who shall remain nameless). I can't praise them enough. The receptionists and admin team are always polite and clear. The online triage form is easy to use, but if you're not able to use it you can phone and they'll do it for you and the response is usually very quick. I've had no issue getting appointments and the treatment has been second to none. Twice now I've filled in the form after lunch and had a face to face appointment the same day.

As I recently said on the radio. If this GP surgery can do it. Why can't the others?

Firstly, Lesley Hicks, Advanced Nurse Practitioner .. she has been amazing, plus the best Clinical Practitioner I have dealt with. She listens, is supportive, is so efficient, and I wouldn't have wanted any one else to deal with my current condition.

Admin/reception staff are always friendly. helpful and efficient.

The online triage system works so well and I always get a swift response.

I'm so pleased I made the decision to change surgeries.

I was hesitant, to say the least, to join this GP, However in a month they have helped me more than the previous GP has. The ladies in the reception are always very helpful and polite, I never had to wait longer than a day for an appointment, and from the first moment of joining, I really felt welcomed there! If anyone is still hesitant, please don't you'll be well looked after!

I was hesitant about signing up here because of the awful reviews but it’s my closest GP so I thought I’d give it a go. I’m really impressed and thought I’d leave a review to give credit where it’s due.

I signed up myself and my two kids and was told it’d be a couple of weeks before I heard anything back. A few days later I got text messages saying we were registered. I called them up to book in my son’s jabs, we got an appointment the following week and the nurse was lovely.

Today I popped in to book an appointment for myself at 5.30pm and the lovely receptionist said they actually had a free appointment at 6.40pm. I came back at 6.30pm and was called by the Dr exactly at 6.40pm. Usually you have to wait way past your appointment time to get called, but I was called bang on time!

My Dr, Dr Ahmed, was lovely. She really listened to me and made me feel seen, booked me in for blood testing and gave me some medicines to research, saying if I wanted to go for any of them just get back in touch.

I know the NHS is crumbling and other people have I’m sure had bad experiences here, but I’m honestly so impressed with mine and really happy to have found Dr Ahmed.

"I requested proof of address from the NHS over a month ago, today I went to the office in person and was told I would need to pay £36 for the document. I couldn't go ahead with this as the amount was too high for me. I just needed it to submit to my bank. On the other hand, just over a month ago my wife requested the same proof and was only charged £10 for it. This huge difference in pricing seems unreasonable and unclear.

I have lived in the UK for 10 months and have no right to work, so such unexpected expenses are a burden. I ask for more transparency and fairness in pricing to avoid confusion and difficulty for people in similar situations. Thank you."

I’m so pleased with North Chelmsford NHS Healthcare Centre. As someone with a chronic heart condition, their care and services for me have been second to none. The patient welfare is very important when I’ve really needed their support, they’ve always come up top trumps. So a huge thank you for continuing to listen and support my needs!

Was initially pleased after signing up to this GP as the response times to triage forms and appointments were great. However we've noticed a real lack of understanding from some of the GPs.

We've had to take our 6 month old baby there a few times for different things and they seem to constantly misdiagnose, dismiss concerns or give the impression you are inconveniencing them by suggesting it could be other things.

Most recently we took our baby in as had concerns about her neck muscle being tight and a small lump on her neck. Despite researching this ourselves and suggesting this could be Torticollis, the GP completely dismissed it and seemed to be misinformed about the symptoms.

Within a minute of walking into a physio (which we had to investigate and insist on a referral ourselves) she confirmed it's 100% Torticollis.

My wife has also had to research an issue with her arm and after booking an appointment, was asked by the GP "Well what treatment do you think you need" instead of being given advice or the options.

Having worked in a GP Surgery herself as a practice nurse, it's very clear this surgery has a number of failings.

We'll be looking to change asap.
