I've always had a positive experience at this practice. I joined two years ago, and the HCAs, nurses, and doctors have always been very understanding and helpful despite me having some atypical illnesses. They have always made time for me when I need help. The reviews that they are "the worst" are unfounded and unfair. Direct your anger towards the government, not the individual!

Yes, phones and admin can be a challenge, but can you imagine trying to support thousands of patients on dated software and limited phonelines? I certainly couldn't do that job, nor could I do it with a smile on my face! I would urge people to have more empathy. The people who work here care about you more than you think. Maybe you haven't seen how much worse healthcare is in other parts of the country. I've had more help in 2 years with this practice than I had in decades up in the north.

Kindness costs nothing. Be patient, it's not their fault that the Tories have cut our services to the bone. I know it's frustrating - I spent 6 years on a waiting list up in Newcastle, I know how it feels - but we must treat these people with respect. They work hard, train hard, and still do their best for us. They're lifesavers, so treat them as they deserve, the way you want them to treat you.

Registered as a temporary patient whilst on holiday for daily visits to have dressing changed. Staff very pleasant, all appointments were on time, cleanliness of the clinic on point. Special mention to Sister Morrow who was such a great help. And gave me some great advice. Thank you so much.

Stupid systems and procedures. Don't listen to a word you say can't get anywhere with them, u asked for referrals they don't give them nightmare trying to get prescriptions. Terrible service from everyone u speak to, they feel they can talk to u like rubbish. No respect, just say anything to get you off the phone.
Appalling in every way and if I could be bothered with the hassell of moving I would

Absolutely terrible service from the administration side. Call staff can be rude, Patronising and dismissive. To get anything done you have to request to speak to a site lead. Trying to get an appointment is impossible, you ring at 8am as requested and when you get through hours later they say you should have rang at 8am and nothing is available. In 63 years I have never come across such an unprofessional health practice. It is practices like this one that give the NHS a bad name, and add to the A&E crisis seen in this area.

Impossible to get through to the Dr now. Can't message them can't email them and can't call them. Been trying for over 4 weeks. Been rushed to A&E and told to see my drs the next day but still can't get through to them. Terrible.

Customer service is abysmal. My 88 year old mum is struggling to get her repeat Perscription delivered. She can’t get to the surgery on her own and she doesn’t have on line. Abysmal treatment of the elders who need medical help the most. Why is everything now so bias against the elderly?

Can’t get through on the phone!! Inhalers not prescribed as due an asthma check which is absolutely disgusting as I have been left without medication for 3 days. Looking to change GP as soon as possible. Phone calls back from a doctor can take 3 weeks. It seems everything has moved on from Covid except this surgery!!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolute wast of space and entirely disfunctional as an organisation. It's a shame, as there are a couple of good Doctors working there. Others are rude and dismissive. Why you can't ring in the morning and book an appointment for a couple / few days in the future, is mind boggling. This problem is just the tip of the iceberg and there are numerous other issues I could mention. The practices need an overhaul of management, as the current leadership is failing the community.
