Avoid! Very unprofessional team. They just don't care about people but numbers. My last appointment took 4 minutes... The doctor didn't ask any questions- no proper medical interview at all.

Denied my medications which stop me from having a stroke or heart attack, all because i haven't had time to get a blood test done.
Not just these meds that are being held hostage also my diabetic meds and others.
When i contacted spoke to an arrogant lady said i won't get them till i have my blood test then wait for results, then wait 3 weeks for an appointment.
I suppose this is a good way of bringing down the waiting lists.

Honestly one of the worst surgeries I have ever been registered with. You can never get an appointment for yourself or children, even if you call at 8am. And when you do manage to get an appointment booked in the receptionist always seems to mess up something such as the date or whether you’re seeing the doctor or nurse. Only one doctor working a day which is just unheard of. 111 can never get through to them either.

At 65 I am probably one of Petra’s oldest clients. I've had her as my personal trainer for approximately 18 months. When I started I was pretty unfit. She was able to implement a focused program of cardio and strength training and I noticeably improved my muscle tone and stamina during this period.

My sport is sailing and I needed to strengthen my arms, stomach muscles and back and this was successfully achieved. At no time did Petra make me feel that I was unable to do the exercises that she set me..

I have no hesitation in recommending Petra as a personal trainer. She is understanding, sympathetic, patient and focused on my needs. She has a pleasant personality and makes training enjoyable.

One is at the mercies of the receptionist. Not sure if doctors even know what is happening. No wonder people clog up the A&Es.
