I have been discriminated and treated unfairly in my mental health condtion. This meas (in which someone is treated as myself less favourably than others and been put at a disavantage because of my mental health condition that amounts to a disability.

You at victoria house took it upon yourself to make a allegation without my knowlage or permisson, about a memory in which you labled as abuse.

If this is not stop i will have take legal proceeding. Because you have caused metal and physiological harm.

Reception really awful, never answer calls, when attending the clinic you are treated like dirt by them

This place is a disaster, leaving some of the most vulnerable people in society without help or support. Promised call-backs by mental health professionals are deputed to unqualified junior management barely suited to a call centre let alone to a life-and-death public service. Complaints are ignored, as are requests for information as to how to make complaints in the first place. If records are made of conversations (I suspect they are not) no-one reads them, so that if you do actually manage to speak to any qualified person everything has to be dealt with from the start again and, and then nothing is done anyway. The real question is "why is nothing done about Victoria House?" I guess because no one cares.

I submitted a more detailed review - the sort that I as a user would have found helpful - but despite that fact that I concealed even the gender of the people involved they refused to post it, saying it was too specific. This one is therefore very general - let's see if they post it.

Victoria house for mental health. When will they treat people right. I walked around Tk max talking about her family. I hate the shop Tk max. Seeing people for 10 years or more and not getting to the route their problem and them not moving on. Is a complete failure.

Appalling service lucky to get spoken to once every 6months. Just add additional meds instead of helping deal with the issue. Reception staff can be really rude and unhelpful

Probably cause some people more harm than good.

I sympathise and empathise with the others who have also written reviews and have also had terrible experiences with Victoria House when they are in need of help.

I think my letter of complaint attached as an image says it all.

Absolutely disgusted and appalled how my son was treated during his visit....no support....aggressive questioning over a subject that took my son to the lowest point in his life last year....rude....confrontational..no care or empathy....my son has now spiralled to a new low following the visit so thankyou for doing more harm than good...l'm shocked and angry that this should be allowed by people who call themselves professionals and are supposed to support people who are vulnerable
