Needs help, so rings the number- ‘there are no available agents in the queue at this moment’- their phone hangs up.

Honestly some sort of queue you could wait in or anything would be great. I get so anxious every time I try to ring (tried months ago but chickened out due to this exact same thing).
I appreciate there’s a lot of people using the service but having the phone hang up on my repeatedly isn’t great.

I would like to give a great big shout out to a lady called Sarah Knight, who met with my mum for 6 sessions, mum is a carer for my dad, does a fantastic job but needed a bit of support and advise, Sarah was caring, kind and really helpful, its a tough unpaid, sometimes thankless job caring for a loved one and she made mum feel better about it all. Thank you Sarah, you made a difference. Xxx

Asked for low cost counselling. Some woman called and said they only help with "mild to moderate" anxiety. Waste of time.
