Great quick visit! Short waiting time, if any, and Sara was great, very professional. Entire staff dressed up for Halloween and it felt like there was a good atmosphere for the employees. Nice job everyone

There were multiple players involved to get the approval to set up my appointment; my PCP's office, my insurance company, NorCal Imaging and me. For some reason, it took us three weeks to get the correct approval over to NorCal imaging. With the help of my insurance company, we finally got the approval on Friday, 9/27. I experienced at least two occasions where I had to wait over 30 minutes on-hold when I called to set an appointment. When I finally did get through, they set up my appoint for the next day, because the expiration date on the insurance approval was 10/2. So, getting me set up for the next day and the service I actually received at the NorCal Imaging office was excellent. Just wish it hadn't have been so difficult to set the appointment.

I was referred to your facility by my Primary Care Physician (PCP). Over the past month, I have attempted to schedule an appointment, speaking with your representative four separate times. On each occasion, I was told I would need to wait an additional month before making an appointment.

It wasn't until my most recent call that the representative questioned my competence, treated me disrespectfully throughout the conversation, and ultimately informed me that I needed to contact my PCP again. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told, in no uncertain terms, that if I was dissatisfied with the care provided, I should seek another facility.

This level of service is unacceptable. The way I was treated is unprofessional, and I refuse to tolerate such disregard in my community. I am requesting that this issue be addressed, and I would greatly appreciate being directed to the appropriate party to escalate this complaint further. There must be a more efficient and respectful process for patients to be treated, and I expect that improvements will be made.

My experience with NorCal Imaging was excellent.
They were very welcoming, friendly, gentle, professional, and expedient.
A business model I wish more businesses would follow,
However it is important to note that the Imaging machine itself is very high and not wheelchair accessible without assistance.

People are quite professional here.
The only gripe I have is the wait period even to be called to the front desk to be processed ( I had to stand there in line for over 20 minutes even though I had a prior appointment) but I do get that they’re probably short staffed & a few folks try to juggle calls & let folks in , check insurance, dealing with all the back office work
My suggestion is they need to have more administrative support at the Walnut Creek location

Had a wonderful experience while doing my test. They were very informative on what I would experience every step of the way. Very gentle and great bedside manner. For something that might be considered scary for a patient they made me feel safe and happy. Thank you!!!

It is always so nice to meet their friendly staff. I leave feeling so grateful to have such an amazing place to get medical imaging done. They have managed to create a positive experience now three times. My appointments have been quick and pleasant.
