I was dreading going here due to the horrible reviews but I honestly don’t see what all the fuss is about. I went online at around 9:15am and was easily able to book an appointment for the same day. I called the reception desk to ask a question and they picked up very promptly. When I arrived for my slot the check in was very easy and I only waited about 10 minutes before I was called in. The doctors and nurses were absolutely lovely. They really took the time to make me feel at ease, which is a luxury you’re not always given on the NHS. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area who needs help.

Thanks a lot to Joanna for being extremely helpful and polite. She even stayed half an hour more to provide me help. I appreciate her a lot and all staff members was very supportive. The place was also very clean. Deserve every star.

Always the same issues: no chance to get appointment: i called at 8.30 sharp but the reason given for denial is that the doctors are no available because of midterm break. This is a public service paid with taxes...
There should be a better management of requests and capacity

I have mixed opinions.
Getting an appointment is hard. You need to call at 8.30 am sharp.
Who answer the phone is not welcoming at all. And they do not look at you with a supportive mindset. You have the feeling of being dismissed.
On the contrary doctors are very good. And they are competent and really supportive to patients.
I believe that from a booking point of view there should be a better process.

Absolute joke of a service! You cannot make an appointment in advance so are told to call on the day at 8:30 sharp. If your not quick enough you just get told call back tomorrow. If you do get through to make an appointment they tell you someone will call you at some point today but can't provide a time frame as to when exactly and never call anyway. You will waste your day waiting for a call that will never happen. A bit of clarity would be nice. The receptionists are liars and rude and will do anything to get rid of you. It really feels like they just can't be bothered there at all. The place should be shut down as it's not fit for purpose. If I could give less than one star I would. Avoid this place at all cost!

Contacted the clinic to get a coil fitted. Was booked a telephone appointment and after that I had a appointment made.
The clinic has outside parking (have to pay) , nice and clean, friendly staff. During the fitting I was made to feel at ease and was talked through the whole procedure and aftercare advice given.

GP sent me here because of their delay to prescribe me with birth control, was worried about calling due to the reviews on here. Was pleasantly surprised with the nice receptionist who organised a phone consultation with a nurse later that week. consultation was informative and helpful and I will be able to collect what i need from the clinic within a few days of the call.

side note the nurse receptionist asked my age and then said she could prebook my consultation- not sure but this place may prioritise you more the younger you are.
-1 star because of the weekend opening hours.

The dr and receptionists I seen were the most amazing and kind people. In regards of treating me as a patient and as a person it was entirely with the most respect and care. I honestly think if you feel scared or in a situation that would require icash, trust them. They don’t judge, they help in more ways then one

Disgraceful clinic. I personally want it shut down and brought back to MKUH. No sense of urgency and they laughed down the phone when I asked them what happened to the proper clinic then lied and denied doing it. I only asked because they think it’s acceptable to make people wait weeks for appointments and was looking for a better clinic locally. Sexual health services in MK are in dire need of reform. And it’s about time the CQC got involved given the amount of poor reviews. It’s clearly not working.
