I appreciate this company in making itself available for the public , both patients and staff. Though extremely rigorous and delayed compliance process. I nearly lost hope. I hope it does not also take forever to start getting shifts too. Many thanks to Shivani Parmar for taking over to see to the completion of my compliance process , especially her excellent client relationship. She is a dedicated, committed and motivated staff. Very optimistic to start and I completely all compliances, unfortunately poor communication and information being lost resulted in late sign off for work. Due to the new framework there are no shifts available either.

Got to be the worst company I have ever known they constantly lie and make excuses for the poor care we receive and they prioritise clients with more complex needs than others obviously the more hours for specific cliental the more pay
