Nurses very nice and professional but receptionist lacked communication and interpersonal skills and dismissive. I was nervous about my procedure and this increased my anxiety

The actual procedure and care from the nurse who did the microsuction was excellent but the appointment system is a joke! I had one ear done but was told I needed to continue with the drops in my right ear for another week, and to make an appointment for the following Saturday. You can’t make an appointment whilst you’re there and have to wait for someone to call you back later in the week. I waited until the Wednesday and eventually contacted Nimbus myself, to be told that it was in hand and someone would call me. On Friday I rang again and of course there were no appointments left for Saturday. I finally got an appointment scheduled for 19 days after the original appointment! Not a pleasant experience, having to unnecessarily continue with ear drops for that length of time!

Had a txt for my appointment at 7:45 pm! I arrived at 7:25 to be told my appointment was at 7:30 so just in time! Finally saw a doctor who listened to me! Fingers crossed i get sorted!

Double booked appointment even after taking a £20 deposit. Had to wait another two weeks for next available appointment which was subsequently cancelled due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’.

Receptionist was lovely however not nice to hear nurses undermined him for being “only a bern”, made me feel for him as he was doing a brilliant job at organising the office by himself and was a grown man. Think we need to get past ageism now!
