I have had two appointments in past week due to chest infection and initial antibiotics not working. Used triage system at 8am and face to face appointments confirmed at a time to suit me. Very compassionate doctors. Reception staff polite and helpful.

Since moving over to the online triage system it's been working brilliantly, I've requested to see the doctor on 5 separate occasions over the last 2.months and each time got to be seen the same day so improvements are being made. Secondly I'd like to give a personal shout out to Dr. Faisal Ayembillah who was clearly born to be a doctor, I had an appointment to discuss something that was causing me so much stress and anxiety and within 5 minutes of being in his office he had relaxed me after listening to my issue and providing some much needed assurance, he is a credit to the NHS

Don’t use the doctors very often but when I do for myself or my children I always receive excellent service. The staff are always polite and friendly and willing to help

Multiple times recently I have been left without access to my basic medication I need to live. I have to take it daily but plenty of times I have been left without due to negligence at the surgery.

On a medication plan left over a month with out any medication this is happened twice to me Had appointments which nobody called haven't seen my local GP for over two years could be longer when I get a call from the GP he doesn't know my circumstances spoken to a round five different GP's lack of communication no one there doesn't know what they're doing take more advice do not sign up to this GP

We are not sick every day, but when we need to we try to go to the doctor, I tried to make an appointment for myself and my little girl but without success, Every time you try to make an appointment you have to call that day, after 8 am, when you call they don't answer and when they answer they say they are fully booked, the worst GP I have ever seen, we decided to move to another GP, the receptionist is not much help either, an old woman who is a bit racist, I do not recommend this GP in any way.

Recently, I had submitted my blood test and stool test as per Maria's request (Doctor). After a week i called them up and asked for result they said you have to do the blood test again. I went for blood test again and called them after 2 days, Receptionist was so rude and asked me to fill Triage form online but triage form was not going through then she asked me to get some medication from Pharmacy which i have already tried all sort of medication. I beg the receptionist to request doctor to look into my health as i am start have bleeding now in my bowel but she asked me to call 111. I called 111 they took all the details and asked me to ring my GP. I called the receptionist again she said what do you want me to do. At this point i had enough, I told her i wanna talk to bloody doctor don't you understand my situation? She hanged up and told me sugary won't help you now.
Honestly guys, this is the worst GP i have ever seen in the UK. Maybe someone get lucky and get good treatment but more than 60% won't get proper service. I pay 11% NI in my monthly salary, how can i stop paying NI? No, you can't
