Aside from the fact that I am so very grateful to be both double 'vaxed' and now boosted, I cannot thank the team enough. They must see thousands of people and yet still make it personal. So warm and friendly and incredibly caring. Some of the people here are outside all day, all weather. It was freezing cold and wet when I got my booster, and yet they were still so friendly and uncomplaining. Thank you all for your dedication and good humour.

Very efficient staff. Having had my first Moderna jab in Switzerland where I normally live, the paperwork necessary for me to have my second jab here was processed very quickly. And no queues. Thank you NHS and to all the volunteers 🙏

Omg these people were amazing with me today.
Amazing staff. I fell to pieces as soon as I walked in as I have a huge fear of needles, they were so kind, caring and compassionate. Allowing me time, not rushing me, telling me my fear was normal and understandable,
I have to admit it wasn't as bad as I thought at all my fear of the years had grown so much.

Extremely efficient and professional staff from start to finish.
The staff direct you to parking and where to walk to on your arrival.
Clear signage and freindly staff guide you to the first step of the process to confirm your booking reference number and name. On through the doors to be greated by staff to confirm information and on to a medical professional who explains the whole process and gives you all the necessary information you need and directs you to the main event.
Into a cubicle, confirm name, receive your totally painless vaccination and confirmation card. If you arrived on your own you're asked to sit in the waiting area for fifteen minutes in case of any light-headedness.
All very efficient and straightforward and nothing to worry about at all.
Well done to all the staff and NHS workers.

Long wait, big queues all outside. Be prepared to wait, not much in way of parking. Staff pleasant and efficient, but wish I brought a book and a flask😀
