I'am extremely annoyed at the fact i have to score these people 1 star. As my experience with Somerset CCG has been embarrassing to say the least.
My father sadly passed away whilst on holiday celebrating his and my mum's 35th wedding anniversary in the county. He felt unwell on Wednesday 13th September 2017, complaining of chest pains and generally feeling unwell. My mother contacted the local 111 service to be told that a practitioner would call back within 3 hours, after receiving no call my mother contacted 111 again and was told someone would come out within the next 3 hours. No one called, no one came to see my Dad, 2 days later on the 15th September 2017 my Dad sadly collapsed to the ground and died instantly due to a heart attack. Although the paramedics did everything they could on the day to save my Dad sadly it wasn't enough. I made a formal complaint regarding Somerset CCG'S lack of care towards my father on the 29th September 2017, to this day I still haven't recieved an explanation into what happened regarding my Dad. I have sent emails chasing up but nothing. In 33 years I have never had to deal with an organisation who simply don't care one bit & break their promises. I sincerely hope you don't get severely poorly in the county as you will get left to die. The NHS is broken because of people not caring! Which is this Authority. AVIOD

This CCG doesn't have patients interests at heart. All they are interested in is money.
They aren’t interested in patients health. They’re just a bunch of suits with nice offices who will dismiss the recommendations of top specialists if they see fit to.
They’re a disgrace and deserve minus stars. If I had the money I’d sue them, for leaving me in unnecessary pain and ruining my life

I'd give it a minus of stars if I could! Arrogant, patronizing, insulting & have no concern about Patient at all! Sandra Corry APPALLING! Claimed I had lied! Utterly disgusting! Ilminster GPs & Somerset NHS staff too lazy & arrogant to examine me, ignored my injuries, thereby causing me disabilities, we have lost our savings, career, are now being made homeless, have been refused rights & healthcare! Sandra Corry should be investigating but can't be bothered - far rather accuse Patient of being a liar & block further communications! Disgraceful! Sack the lot!

The signifier is the word 'Corporate'. Not people friendly, all the usual corporate blocks to stop one human being (patient) talk to another (beuracrat). One must go through GP practice. So what happens when the senior partners of your practice have screwed up so badly and repeatedly that you can't trust them - even when you've made the effort to talk it out?

These people block the unwell and wear you down by the attrition of their corporate rules.

They should be ashamed of themselves

Awful tried calling I am position 1 and have been now for 20mins for main switchboard. As a CCG they are dreadful, negligent and really do not seem to care. I would love to train their managers so they understand their job roles. This CCG is the worst I have ever dealt with

They did not know how to manage my fathers illness they really should have cut his foot off in the beginning but the infection crapped into his bones and more complications happened he died in front of my eyes Musgrave Park Hospital needs to be demolished the staff need to be sacked I'm dealing with my mother going through a major major depression crisis that hospital is nothing more than a mortuary a graveyard you go in possibly you might come out unbelievable disarray the staff do not know what they're doing half the time underfunded the NHS is now completely broken no way they can fix it.
