Blocked my wages I had already worked for because I didn’t complete the unpaid 20 hours of training which had nothing to do with the job. I wouldn’t mind training but this was woke diversity rubbish nothing to do with the job itself. As a result I quit as they refused to pay wages I had already worked for which is illegal had to threaten legal action

Worse employer ever. Been Tuped over from another trust, HR are a shambles with admin staff admitting to them being terrible.
This has resulted in to raising a dispute with HMRC. I’ve never felt more let down in a company..they truly don’t care or they just don’t have a clue what they are doing.

Great rates and flexibility to book shifts, also offer holiday pay. They have a surprise increaments every other day that boosts employee morale. Most of all came through swiftly for my visa renewal as my employer faster and better than any other employer I have ever had.
An employer of choice, no wonder voted best agency employer for 2021.

Having to go to the small claims court for reimbursement of expenses they promised me back in December. I've lost count of the amount of emails and phone calls I've had with this company on the matter, each time with promises it will be sorted - even said the cheques had been raised, still no payment. I've never worked for such a disorganised company - take 40 minutes to answer the phone, such a shame, it has the potential to be great!

Extremely difficult application process, administrative staff unhelpful.
For the length of time that I have been qualified and the amount of experience that I have gained throughout my career I thought that the registration process would be relatively easy. How wrong was I?
The whole process is a nightmare and in all honesty I thought that the majority of people that I spoke to throughout the application were unprofessional and at times quite rude. What happened to the nurse bank?

Absolute disgraceful, this has been the most painful and unprofessional recruitment process for a nurse with 16 years specialised experience. A year ago I had to write an email of compliant to the CEO in order to get any progress in my application, now a year later consistent problems with their IT systems in tying to renew my DBS 3 emails sent over the course of November no reply and then a text message sent to me saying I was being non complaint when it was an IT system error not recognising my address spanned over 5 years.
Yesterday went to book a shift to find out my contract had been ended as the DBS has still not been processed. I have had no email or notification to say that the contract has ended it s a disgraceful way to treat employers I am now unable to work. Why would you not contact an employer to say that this was happening I totally understand the need for DBS checks but some communication to say it has been delayed and that I could not book shifts surely is an expectation. .

Thankful this is not my main employment as I work as Nurse Lecturer at a University. However many of my students want to work with NHSP and I tell them to apply to another agency as this company is a disgrace to the nursing profession.
Meanwhile there remains nursing shortage on the wards yesterday 12 ITU shifts alone in my locally trust unfilled .
Finally I have just completed the mandatory e learning package and some of the information on there not accurate, up to date of best practice guidelines.

Advertise that you get paid the week after working shifts.

I worked shifts in December 2018, and still have not been paid 5 months later despite multiple e-mails chasing up the payment. Will definitely not be signing up for more shifts with NHSP!!
