The worst experience of my life, I have not received any help from them, in fact with their way of doing things my condition has worsened, I do not understand the positive comments. I honestly believe that the positive comments are written by people who work there. The staff is arrogant, rude, proud, they are not professional. The doctors are the worst, they do not want to help, they are only interested in stealing money from the state. Better dead than going there. The worst place in the world

One of the worst Gp I was registered to. Not only that, was always hard to book appointment with them. For a long time I was struggling with a problem quite serious doctors did not know what I was talking to them about it when I mention about my cervical discopathy etc. They start giving me medications which one didn’t helps and which one was constantly changed. Finally, I landed in the hospital and I see the specialist neurologist. Neurologist was shocked that it turned out I was getting too much medication. I was given blocks in the back of my head which one helps and the dizziness and vomiting gone. Unfortunately, the full diagnosis of what ailed me was made by my doctor from Poland. Another situation that happened to me a year ago with the same Gp I make an appointment to see my doctor asking for blood tests and smear test the doctor said giving me the exact dates that I had already blood tests and smear test. I checked with my calendar telling the doctor that this was impossible. Doctor was keep telling me for a good 20 minutes that the tests had been done. I ask if we were still talking about the same patient. The doctor looked at the computer asking me for my exactly date of birth and name. It turned out that he had the wrong patient cart opened. I was very disappointed with no professionalism at all. And I have to change my GP.

Absolutely pathetic. Impossible to get an appointment. Call at 7.59 and lines are closest. Call at 8 and Impossible to get through.. have to wait at least 30 mins to be told no more appointment left. Same story online.. when you turn up in person the receptionists are chatting. No wonder no-one is picking calls. Only way to get in is Call 111 who will then get your gp to call back.

Bad experience today. Called at 8 am repeatedly, got through to que at 8.50, then over an hour on hold. Got through to a lovely receptionist who told me there were no appointments and told me to try again in 2 days.
So 2 hours on the phone for no appointments!
Never had this when I was at platform one before I was moved over.
(Extra star as the receptionist was nice)

Like Mikey said below, have been waiting for 25 minutes to connect. Got to queue position 1 and then someone disconnects the call. This is a regular occurrence.

Shambolic service, with one receptionist in particular wholly lacking in empathy, manners and customer service skills. Have regularly heard her belittling patients on the phone when in the waiting room.

There is a man on the door who is extremely unhelpful, just shrugs and points you to the desk for any enquiries. Many people entering the practice were actually unsure if he worked there.

Absolutely shocking.

EDIT:
Rang back again, got to 18 minutes and was then disconnected. Are the receptionists answering ANY calls? Shall see what can be done about reporting this practice.

I have consistently had great experiences with the GPs at this centre. I have found them all to be kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I especially recommend Dr Lacey. I have also never had to wait too long for an appointment, results or referral - this is by far the best GP practice I have been registered with in the UK.

Veryyyy bad!!!!!
I’ve been calling 3 days at different timing and in all of them they didn’t have an appointment avaible (waiting the que 40min) Once I got an appointment, it got cancelled and they call me 1 week after that to say doctor will call me.
Doctor didn’t call me, im without medicine all this time and still with my problem and pain since 1 December.

Also what is this new fashion of sending a “trying to call you “ message without actually calling ? I have evidence 🙂

Thank you for wasting the time I can give to my 6month baby.

This is the worst GP I have ever seen. They don't give appointments and the staff are very bad at their work and they don't care about any patient.
