I received a diagnosis here, i’m now questioning the validity of said diagnosis. The report I received back ,that was meant to act as reasoning behind why I was diagnosed, was full of quotes I either didn’t even say or were taken fully out of context. What crossed the line for me was that an assessor had wrote multiple stories about me that were fully fabricated. Talking about situations where I made people cry and did other horrible things which I would never ever do and I know for a fact I would never say I did. Really horrible things to lie or misremember about someone doing. Friends and family have looked at some of this report and even said what was assumed about me seemed completely untrue or out of character. It felt like I was receiving a report on how much of a rude person I am rather than any evaluation on my mental health or my support needs, quite frankly I am hurt and I do not recommend this place if you have the privilege to choose.

Absalutly a complete waste of time, my daughter is being left ignored and feel like abandoned by cahms Hartlepool it's a joke try to book appointments they change them without your noing so your sat there like idiots of speak to the reception desk and it's like talking to the wall bloody joke 😠😠 don't even deserve 1 star in my opinion.
