Waited ages to be contacted after getting in touch with them and by then I was feeling better.

Telephone only offered.

Then cancelled. Then cancelled again. Then…you guessed it…cancelled again.
Then as it stands an hour late for a telephone appointment as I write this.

Absolutely pathetic like all NHS services right now. Ridiculously unreliable. Go private…it’s the only way to get help.

An honest review they got me out of the mess I was in a few years back took some doing aswell, as long as you treat them with respect they will go all out to help you that's what I found anyway. These people who have a bad reviews maybe don't word themselves right to them.
I recommend making a list before you go it's just makes it easy to remember. I would go back again if I really needed too here's hoping I don't but I wish em well

It was suggested I contact The Talking shop, what a waste of time. Clearly don’t listen or understand. I will sort some assistance privately.
