Easy and straight forward to book online. Went on a Saturday, busy but lots of parking available. The test centre was very organised despite being told they were running, I was still seen to within 15 mins. The lady that saw me and took my blood was lovely and very reassuring.

Book online, plenty of slots available. Free parking unlike at hospitals. Park near Debenham entrance for easy access. Pop in and if there's staff or volunteer on the front desk - then sign in. If not, then wait to be called by a member of staff (they work off a list of appointments).

This is no longer a walk in service. Everyone needs to book an appointment.

Staff are so good and helpful. I regularly have my bloods and my family members bloods done here.

Some times it can get very busy due to staff having to deal with situations such as patients who are difficult to bleed, or patients with phobia of needles, or even complex medical issues, or even staff sickness which leaves them understaffed. Just need to wait patiently to be called or rebook for another day. Its an NHS service which deals with blood draws and needles, so it's a given that issues can arise. However, 90% of the time, the service runs efficiently and on time.

First time visiting, clean, lovely and open. Was met by a lovely cheery lady. I take blood thinners so bleed easily, no trouble for the nurse who I saw. Very efficient not even a bruise after. Will definitely go there again. Easy parking of course as well

Normally a good experience here, in the past, being clean, quick and efficient.
The volunteers on recently at the desk need to learn some basic customer service/social skills on how to talk properly to the public.
Says it’s open till 7pm, yet appointment times can be booked till 7:15pm but the phone line is only open till 4pm…bit strange.
