Total waste of time and effort. I'm disabled in a wheelchair spinal cord injury tried to contact them nothing left messages no reply. We should protest its not fare life hard as it is and CCG is payed to help us but nothing but disappointment.?

I just cannot get hold of anyone to speak to, or get a response from my emails. When I call it says that the mail box is full, or there is no-one there to take your call so please call back. What is one supposed to do. Poor service
